Hailey is not only wonderfully talented as a wedding coordinator, but she is a very kind and compassionate person! Hailey is professional, responsive, receptive to her clients needs. She is an advocate for her couples and an asset to the wedding community.

Hailey’s attention to detail is unmatched. Hailey thought about the little details to make sure that Jake and I were taken care of the day of, such as bringing us cocktail hour food during family photos and making sure we had water throughout the day.

She excels at orchestrating wedding days: planning and preparing for the big day and coordinating with vendors. She additionally helped advocate for us with vendors to make sure the day went smoothly.

It was a BIG RELIEF as a bride to have someone in our court the Day Of to make sure the day ran smoothly.

Hailey is an absolute pleasure to work with and keeps calm and confident under pressure. As a chef, it is essential to have all the details addressed upfront and clear communication throughout the planning process so that the event goes smoothly and on time. Hailey and the whole Epoch crew are amazing!! She included details in my wedding day timeline that I would have never thought to do nor would I have had the time to do. She is a budget friendly coordinator that made it possible for my husband and I to fully enjoy our wedding day from start to finish without having to worry about micromanaging all tasks that often are overlooked. Hailey as our wedding coordinator made our wedding day feel like we were the ones being hosted for, instead of us hosting all of our guests. Epoch went above and beyond what was expected and truly made our wedding day epic!

Absolutely one of the best!! I got to work alongside Hailey this year for one of my weddings. She was a joy to work with throughout the entire day, and had the ability to pivot whenever it was needed. Calm, genuine and professional. I saw her go above and beyond what was expected of her. Hailey was by far the easiest person to work with! We did the month of coordination for our wedding. It was such a relief when she took over for that last month. She took everything that was in my brain and made it make sense. Everyone always says something will go wrong on your wedding day but the only one that will notice is the bride. Well as the bride, absolutely nothing went wrong on the day and that was all because of Hailey! I don't know what we would've done without her.
