Working with EventEase has been a game-changer for our Little League sponsorship process. They created an intuitive event website that made it easy for our sponsors to select a sponsorship package that fit their budget. Sponsors were able to pay securely by credit card or ACH, and the funds were quickly deposited into our account. The platform also allowed sponsors to upload their logos, which we used for banners on our fields and sponsor recognition on our website—a fantastic feature!

EventEase even offered the option to generate invoices for sponsors needing them before payment, which was incredibly helpful. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, from start to finish. We’ve now found a perfect partner in EventEase to streamline our sponsorships, and we look forward to working with them for years to come!

I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing Doug Haines and Event Ease. This was our first golf tournament and he helped us out SO much.
