I cannot say enough positive things about the job Juanita did with our wedding. She handled everything from decor, to flowers, to catering, and day of coordination. The food was amazing and the wedding went flawlessly despite a few surprises from the bridesmaids and groomsmen. She worked with our budget and gave us a movie star wedding! No matter what your event or your budget... I would HIGHLY recommend having a conversation with Juanita.

As look back and review my wedding video I get upset all over again. My wedding was December 14, 2019. The appetizers were not what I approved, the decor was not what we agreed on, and her and her staff took the remaining of my food home without any being offered to my husband, myself, nor my guests. Looking back at my pictures video my guests were eating appetizers that I did not approve😡. Wow!
My husband and I were supposed to do a first look of the room and when I asked she said there was not time, now it makes sense, the room was incomplete and she knew I wasn’t going to be happy. I requested chiffon drapery throughout and did not get it, when I asked what happened she said I never approved it, not true. I had to refer her back to our signed contract and our text message chain which clearly outlined the details. After that she just flat out said she forgot. Not only was I upset, I was disappointed brutish tried to flip it on me. Not cool.
Lastly the food, my husband and I were leaving and realized we didn’t get our to go plate as promised. She said she portions the food so the bride and groom will at least have a to go plate and we knew we had the extra because some guests cancelled last minute. My husband and I walked into the kitchen to ask about the food and to our surprise Ms. Juanita and her staff had to go trays packed with food and she said the remaining food was packed up to be donated to the homeless. 😡WHAT?!

I entrusted Ms. Juanita with a very important day and she ruined it for me. At one point during one of our conversations she even called me controlling and she assured me I could relax because I was in good hands. 😒
