Celebrated my husband 60th birthday party at The Nest venue..
Everyone was raving about how nice everything was. Nest is beautifully decorated with rugs, candelabras and barrels that it fit beautifully with my western theme…
Mara was great to work with . She was available for my many questions, and recommendations.
My husband is still days later talking about his birthday party!
I will definitely recommend if you’re looking for a spot to host a special event that you check out the Nest…

Mara is AMAZING!!! I can't say enough great things about her! She answered all my questions/concerns, even while being on vacation overseas. From the first tour until the doors opened to guests, she was there willing to help and give design suggestions. She even supplied us an awesome bartender last minute! The event space was gorgeous, too. Our reception turned out amazing, and we couldn't have done it without her!

Everything was beautiful. The whole experience from beginning to the end was fantastic. This is a beautiful place for an event and I would use this venue again. Mara is the absolute best!
She answered every question promptly and took care of anything we asked for. Mara made sure everything went smoothly from the time we signed the contract until we walked out of the door on our special night. Thank you Mara!!

I am truly can recommend Miss Mara to anyone who's looking for venue she's patient she's a problem solver she's answers all your question with no waiting time she's the best from all the party ,wedding ,anniversary I used places in the past she one off the best she made my 60 years old birthday dream come true even after the party over one off the car key left behind she's inform me and week later I went back to work I find out that for one off my coworker she saved it an that person ended up save for not paying to make another key 🙏👏you deserve more than 5stars

My husband and I had such a great experience with our event planner, Mara Fletcher-Schlobohm! Our wedding was at Eagle brook Country club. One year of planning, and Mara made everything seem so smooth there was never a question I had that she did not have an answer for and to top it off she always had a solution to every problem I thought I had. I could not imagine a better event planner and venue! Mara, you did amazing and we will forever remember all that you made possible for us with your team to enable us to have such a special day on our wedding day. I mean, we also forgot our guest book and she went and bought us one and took it to the venue that for me was above and beyond! The venue overall was amazing very much what I had imagined my wedding to be like. I gave the venue and Mara at 10 out of 10.

Mara is amazing! I was tasked with planning my sisters wedding and I worked with Mara throughout the whole planning process. I booked our venue, Heron Bay through her and I also rented linens from her. She was quick to answer all of my questions about the venue and other wedding things. She also did a FaceTime tour with me to show me the venue at the start! She was so helpful, attentive and even though she had 6 events on the day of our event, she still made sure to check in and see how everything was going! Next time I have an event, I will absolutely be asking for Mara’s help!

I was in charge of planning my sister’s elopement reception and was finding myself so overwhelmed! Mara was referred to us by a friend and came highly recommended! I had some idea of what I wanted, and she made ALL of my visions come to life. Absolutely SAVED me. She.Handled.Everything. I put my faith in her and she worked her magic! She works with some of the most incredible vendors, she was responsive, handled coordination and communication with of all vendors, and she was just INCREDIBLE. And what stood out even more was how she handled our crisis situation when a tornado came through Griffin, damaging the original venue, forcing us to change venues ONE DAY before the reception! I was panicked! She calmly walked me through our options, made ALL of the changes, communicated those changes to our vendors, found us another venue without any hesitation, and continued to provide that support and reassurance. She even came to the venue the night before to help the decorator set up and FaceTimed me to show me the set up and help ease my mind through all of the changes we had made! She provided so much support and was so genuine and easy to connect with! She is THE BEST. I truly cannot thank her enough for creating such a special day for our family!
