She was helpful in identifying and organizing my decorations and was instrumental in a smooth wedding overall. She was so sweet in collaborating with my dad who had all the decorations. He absolutely loved working with her. She was very responsive to my questions and supportive when I was getting anxious on certain vendors. Her creative eye and attention to detail was spot on. She also checked in throughout the wedding to make sure I had enough food and to let us know what was going on. I would definitely recommend her. Thanks so much Jules! We hired Jules as our day of wedding coordinator after she came highly recommended by a friend of a friend. During our first call, Jules came off as calm, confident, and an expert in her field. Since I was doing all of the planning myself, I found her planning templates to be incredibly helpful as a guide. They covered everything! Having someone support you is so important, especially when juggling multiple opinions of in-laws and parents. And having the experience and contacts of someone in the wedding industry was really helpful since it was our first time, planning a wedding! She made sure our timeline made sense, all the vendors were taken care of, and put out a ton of mini emergencies on the day of the wedding.

My wife and I recently were married at Roaring Camp, a complicated venue with multiple steam train rides, an outdoor ceremony, and indoor reception -- generally, a lot of moving parts! I can not overstate how incredible Jules was at every step of our day.

Throughout planning, Jules was extremely communicative, informative, and seemingly effortlessly balanced the million tasks necessary to make our day so special. She was easy to schedule meetings with when we needed and deftly removed tasks from our plate when they weren't -- all while keeping us informed enough to give peace of mind without adding unnecessary stress.

Day of, she marshalled the effort to beautifully arrange our venue, wrangle guests, and handle problems; all while ensuring that my Wife and I were having the time of our lives. Small touches were particularly appreciated, including the snack plate already set aside for us and a particularly well-timed refill of wine. The small and big moments made our wedding so incredible; Jules masterfully pulled them together to perfectly realize our vision.
