Room was clean n nice. Towels were so rough need fabric softener. No elevator. That was tough getting suitcases and bags up 2 flights of stairs. I would not offer breakfast it was horrible. No decaf coffee. I would prefer a coffee pot in my room

We enjoyed the whirlpool suite with our grand daughters. The only negative we asked to have the carpet vacumed again because of cat hair. We get the hotel being pet friendly. Once done, we were super happy with hotel and service.

Our staff stayed there for a conference held in Oskaloosa, and I cannot tell you how helpful Brittany was in helping with every step of the process!!! She went above and beyond, always friendly, always patient, and she made all the difference in making this work for us. And then we got to the hotel… I was surprised at how clean and well taken care of the hotel was. It felt like home away from home. We had such a great experience that my husband and I personally stayed over an extra night! We’re not only loved your hotel, we loved the whole town of Oskaloosa and everyone made us feel welcome. Can’t wait to come back to visit again! Thank you Brittany!!! You are THE BEST!!!

I love coming to Ever spring, I will be back for Tulip Time. The rooms were clean and smelling good. They only had one house keeper working and she was great. She told me about Sara's delivery and Asian buffet delivery. I would like for the beds to look like the photos on the web site. The had some kind of sheet/duvet or something covering the blanket. I love the blanket! Please make the rooms look like the photos online.

The hotel and the room was clean. The staff was really nice. I was disappointed in a couple things in the room. There was no elevator to the second floor, you should be aware of that in case you need an elevator. And then the other thing was, there were a few outlets in the room. And the only outlet that was near the desk Was upside down and plugs fell out of it and wouldn’t stay in. I had to go to the front desk to get tape to tape the plugs into the outlet. See the photo. I also killed a cockroach in the hallway.

When we first arrived we had to wait to check in because no one was at the front desk. I finally had to call the phone and someone came out to answer it. The beds were fine but it didn't appear the room was cleaned thoroughly. There were toenails on the carpet and hair in the bathroom. The breakfast was limited the first day and the second day there was no breakfast at all. The staff told us they didn't put breakfast out if there were less than a certain number of people staying at the hotel. Spend the extra money and stay at the Fairfield across the road instead.

Was suppose to be a down stairs room on the corner. Don’t mind no smoking because I don’t smoke. My wife does. We had to go up and down stairs . No vet discount. No disabled rooms. Over charged a night. Then refunded. Pool closed. Way too expensive for what it is. You get a star because the lady was nice. They didn’t even have record of reservations! Get three stars for room cause it had clean towels and no bugs.

We were told we would have a pull out sofa in her suite and did not have one when we arrived. There was a lot of dog or cat hair on our carpet I borrowed their vacuum too revacum. Other than that It was good
