I thoroughly enjoyed working with Chelsa at Evoque! I have hosted a lot of parties without using a planner and it's a ton of work before, during and after the event. The biggest issue is that during the event I am so busy hosting that I hardly get to enjoy the party I spent so much time planning. That's where Chelsa comes in. I gave her my loose ideas on the theme and she came back with gorgeous mood boards that exceeded my expectations. She sourced all the vendors and decor. She communicated status updates regularly. On the day of the event she arrived bright and early to decorate and coordinate the arrival of vendors. She stayed throughout the event and made sure everything went flawlessly. Our guests were so impressed with the party and I had more fun than I've ever had before! Thank you, Chelsa! I'm so excited to start planning our next party with you!

My husband and I used Evoque to plan our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at El Chorro Lodge in Scottsdale. From start to finish, Chelsa was amazing to work with. She was great with communicating with both us and our vendors to make sure everything was organized and we were worry free. The event was perfect! From set up, timeline, facilitating our bridal party speeches, etc. she made it all happen. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding or large event planner!!
