Nathaniel provided the services we needed and more. We live on our boat during the summer, and depend on package services in larger towns to receive needed supplies until we get there. Nathaniel was quick to respond to phone calls, texts and emails. He delivered our packages directly to our boat at exactly the time we had expected. He also arranged a trip for our whole family to Skagway from Juneau. We were about to be out of cell or WiFi service for 10 days when we decided to do the trip. Because we had no connectivity, we asked Nathaniel to arrange ferry transportation, hotels and tickets on the train to Whitehorse Pass for all seven of us. A day before the trip, the Alaska ferry went on strike. He quickly got us flights on Alaska Seaplanes and obtained a refund from the ferry system. Planning and rearranging our trip never became our problem. Nathaniel did it all and we were able to enjoy our family time. We highly recommend him and his services. He did exactly what we needed when we needed it.

Nathaniel is amazing guy. Very attentive and helpful. He helped us with informations, advices, tour organisations and amazing sugestions what to do in Juneau. All in all amazing experience. Looking forward to cooperate again with him 🙂
