We got there after 6, with no reservations and they were super nice at the front desk. The room was very quiet and the bed was great. Nothing fancy yet, we just wanted a hot shower and clean place to stay. And that we got for a great price!!

I stayed here in two different rooms last week. Although an older hotel, my room was super clean both times. The gentleman at the desk was super accommodating and pleasant. I plan to stay again soon.

The free coffee on the lobby was perfect. Sheets were clean and crisp, towels fresh. Even the inside of the fridge in the room was clean.

These reviews had me TERRIFIED to stay here. But…. I came and asked another person in my industry if I could check their room before renting. Needless to say I’m writing this review from my own room. I took the bed apart, nothing. I pulled the mattress cover off and inspected the bed and mattress seams. All clear. Smells clean, looks clean, bed is firm. Spacious king rooms. Good size tv on the wall. Good channels. Park at your door. Big lot for truck parking or across the street. Quiet. The air is freezing me out and it’s on 71. It’s 73° outside . Friendly service. ?‍♀️?‍♀️Truck stop restaurant is decent enough. Very affordable. It used to be Americas Best Value. Don’t know if that’s why bad reviews but my stay was decent enough I’d stay again. Food and gas across other side of the highway too

Booked non-smoking room through Expedia but they told that they didn’t know my reservation and non-smoking is not available during check-in at 1 AM and they provided me the smoking room and asked extra $20 for non-smoking room. Room is decent though without proper lighting.

A crazy thunderstorm forced me off the road and under the awning at this hotel, so I decided to stay the night. I travel frequently and usually stay at Marriott or JW Marriott properties. So, my review is based on many hotels across the US. Rate - very affordable. The room was large, very clean, included a couch, all the cable and movie channels, a fridge and microwave. There was a huge tub that would be great for bathing kids. The bed was moderately comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well. In other circumstances I wouldn't have stayed here. If I drive through here again I will. Great value for the money. Kid and pet friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Only star so I can post! This hotel was the worst we got checked in went to the room there were bed bugs and eggs all over the bed mold in the fridge dust and mildew in the coffee machine do not stay we are still fighting them on getting a refund they keep giving the run around on when the manager will be in and nobody else knows how to give a refund. THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE IT IS EVEN LESS!!!! THERE IS A WAY BETTER HOTEL 15 MIN DOWN THE ROAD!!!

We needed a late night room and decided to cheap out and stop here. Checked our beds between two rooms like we also do and there were bed bugs in one room and eggs in the other. Brought evidence to the front desk man and he denied them being bed bugs but did give us a full refund on our rooms. Would not recommend to anyone.

The only place in Prescott. No iron/ table. Is a basic hotel to stay equal to the price. We were here last week for several nights, to attend a funeral service and we had told about this place was the only and close to our family with a razonable price, we asked for a not smoking room. The room and bathroom were clean . Service was good, until the last night that we stayed, no one came to clean our room, and we didn't have clean towels, so we needed to ask for them, but was quickly fixed thanks to Kevin, he was very helpful.
