They do not have a way to load your resume. They require you to inconveniently go to their site and enter jobs and dates 1x1. Who has time for that? Also, if you call and inquire. You will just be told to go to the website. How is that recruiting? Lazy.

Do not go to this express! Out of all the express you see why they have such a low rating !! Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! The lady Mrs.KAT is rude and the older lady ! They put I was a no call no show when I had messages texting them stating I was not coming to orientation due to it being my dad my own father ! Birthday ! They didn’t put in notes that I was coming. She lied and said imma no call no show ! When I had evidence ! Then she said well the messages don’t come to us it goes to their owner ! Which is unprofessional!!! Do not come here !!! Go to the one in Newnan or mcdonough with high ratings who try to help you ! Not here ! They do not care about you here!

I received a call saying I submitted a blank application but I was confused how they were able to reach me, they claim my submission was blank. Why bother to reach out to a blank applicant anyways. I returned the call and I was a bit troubled how the conversation went. I was told once I completed the application I was to call them to schedule an interview, huh, I have to call them(?)....The person was a bit rude. But we are all entitled to a bad day. So I went ahead and completed the application as brief as I could as I figured the resume along with an interview would be the best way to see if the opportunity would be a good fit for both me and of course the employer. Filling out a lengthy application containing so much of my personal information would be irrelevant if the opportunity was not a mutual fit. I called Express to go ahead with scheduling an interview and the lady proceeded to tell me I needed more work history completed in order to be considered for an interview. I then was highly upset and proceeded to say, "Express operates in a very backwards manner" and with all the complexity I am no longer interested. I feel the process is a waste of time. First submit a resume, "call" the candidate if you feel their resume has the qualities you need, schedule the interview. If you think they would work out call their references listed on their resume. If you are a good recruiter and feel they would be a potential candidate after your due diligence, proceed in communicating you are interested in their qualities and explain the next steps in the process. If the candidate isn't worthy the process stops. Why should a person have to provide so much personal information onto Express's database without making sure there is potential.
After seeing the reviews I should have known this wasn't for me. I come from a large Metropolitan area where competition is high and recruiters don't waste time on "lengthy applications", a resume is sufficient. Interviews help determine somewhat if a person is credible. I can only imagine what employers they recruit for. I'd love to see their sales pitch to these companies. So agreed with the comments, Unprofessional and very antiquated.

Very rude. I got a message yesterday saying for me to call them the next day so I did The lady tells me to fill out an application online and to call back in 10 to 15 minutes so I did she answers the phone I tell her that I sent the application all she says is have a good day and hangs up…. What was the point of that? Stop waisting peoples time ridiculously unprofessional.

I wouldn't recommend. I get messages from them about certain job positions, and they told me they had positions that i said i wanted.

But when I called they said they didn't. So I asked could they tell me if said position become available, the lady asked for my social and took it down.

Didn't seem too concern and didn't seem too professional. I never use this agency, generally use other staffing agencies.
