I recently stayed at this extended stay hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. While the stay itself was fairly standard, Gary’s exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. His helpfulness and positive attitude boosted what could have been just an average stay—he is a true asset to the hotel!

The location, while outside city limits, provided a much-needed quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which was a welcome change from the usual hustle and bustle. Additionally, the rest of the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and other interactions smooth and pleasant.

That said, one area that needs improvement is housekeeping. It was clear that they were understaffed, which led to delays in service and made it difficult to have certain requests fulfilled in a timely manner. Addressing this issue would certainly enhance the overall guest experience.

Overall, this hotel has a lot of positives, and with some improvements in housekeeping, it could easily become a top-tier choice for travelers. Thanks again to Gary for making my stay better!

Victoria was a very nice and helpful front desk person. She was very helpful in helping me find a perfect place to stay for a few weeks. My heat works amazing in the room it’s very nice and quiet and clean environment. She needs to be promoted.!! I will definitely be back!!!! And she’s cute and helpful to all the guests

Checked in- checked out an hour later. I went to one room, it was very not clean, the door key wouldn't open second room because the door jam was jacked up, and the third room was even worse and smelled heavily of smoke.
Disgusting. Bugs. Roaches. Furniture caked in dust. Hair on the toilet, hair and stains on the bedsheets. The microwave was a disturbing food caked mess. I was informed that housekeeping comes whenever they feel like it. The only nice thing was young girl in the office, super patient and understanding. I honestly feel bad for her.

i came to stay here for the weekend for work. this hotel is very clean and it’s a very quiet environment. i would definitely come back to stay if i was ever in cincinnati again. victoria at the front desk was very nice and respectful. thank you for everything you do

Nightmare Stay at Extended Stay of Springdale OH: A Cockroach-Infested Disaster!

The stay at Extended Stay of Springdale OH was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we entered the rooms, we were confronted with a massive cockroach infestation that seemed to have colonized every conceivable space – from the bathroom tiles to the dark recesses under the beds. What made this experience truly unbearable was not just the presence of these unwelcome guests, but the hotel management's absolutely shocking response to our legitimate concerns.

When we reported the extensive insect problem, the staff were nothing short of dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the serious hygiene and comfort issues, they responded with a series of ridiculous excuses, suggesting we were overreacting. Attempts to secure a clean room or receive any form of compensation were met with complete indifference. The business trip quickly transformed into a traumatic experience. This place represents the absolute worst in hospitality – a place where guest comfort is an afterthought and pest control is clearly non-existent.

##AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The customer service was beyond my expectations and checking in was a breeze. The entrance is a bit hard to find at first, but once you become familiar with the layout, you’ll realize you’re in a pretty accessible location.

This is a great place to stay I been here for over a year now. I got into a bad accident which made it difficult for me to get around my house so me and my wife came here while my home is getting modified for my needs. the staff treat you with respect and Gary make always puts our needs first thank you again Gary for being amazing..

I barely wanted to give this place one star. I flew all the way from Seattle to Cincinnati to stay in these suites, and it’s been a complete nightmare. I called before my flight and was already met with attitude on the phone, I had to book this the night before my flight to ensure I’d have somewhere to be I understand my inconvenience to that situation I figured it was too late to be calling. We all know how night shift staff can be, so I didn’t let it bother me.

I arrived with my infant baby around 6 PM after a four-hour flight, ready to check in. The lady assisting us had her child in the back with her partner. While I understand that family is important, the little girl started throwing things and running around, which was frustrating because I just wanted to get settled after a long journey. It was a chilly 25 degrees that night.

When I finally checked into my room, I was dismayed to find it was also 25 degrees inside, and the heater didn’t work. I could barely change my baby's diaper in that room; he had to sleep in his coat. When I asked the staff about the heating issue, I was told that none of the heaters were working, and there was no option to switch rooms. I was already frustrated, and when I returned to my room, I found a half-full bottle of alcohol under the bed, along with damage to the bed and burn marks on the carpet. I had signed a no-smoking and no-damage contract, so I was concerned this could be blamed on me.

The next morning, I spoke with a different staff member who provided service and assured me that switching rooms would be no problem, stating that the lady from the night before wasn’t doing her job. We moved to a different room, which was warm and semi-clean, though I did notice small blood stains on the carpet.

I had one issue with the man at the front desk when I asked questions about the dishes policy. Nun of the policys were stated to me and he confused me by telling me I could check out if I had a problem, which felt very disrespectful and almost made me lose my temper. This place is not smoke-free, has very poor service, and feels like a do-it-yourself operation where you have to go down for everything, even if it’s inconvenient.

I even caught the manager getting high on duty, which is unprofessional and has nothing to do with me, but it adds to the overall negative experience. The lobby is often empty, and there’s rarely anyone available to assist.

Lastly, I found bugs in my room. Given that I’m paying nearly $1,000 for two weeks, I shouldn’t have to deal with that. I called downstairs, and the same lady from the first night said she would send maintenance the next day and check for bug spray, but I never received a call back, and maintenance didn’t come.

I’m stressed out with this place. I’m supposed to be enjoying my stay, but this has been my worst experience ever. Please do not book here; it’s clearly not being managed properly. It’s run down and needs to be shut down. I’m only two days into my stay, and I still have the whole week and next week ahead of me—Lord, save me.

Update: I want to share that I’ve been informed I am now banned from booking at this location, as well as from any out-of-country locations, due to my experience with poor service. This morning, I received a call demanding that I need to vacate the premises and that “I created this issue.” As I mentioned, this has been a living nightmare. Corporate was supposed to contact me on Monday to address these issues, and instead, I received a call with a deadline to leave. I urge everyone: DO NOT BOOK HERE! It is NOT family-friendly!
