Do not stay here! Management is terrible! And definitely do not bring a pet here. I was told no one will enter my room if I place the - 'Pet Inside' magnet on the door, which I did. However, I left for three hours, only to come back to a beaten dog. My dog whom is only 3 and full of energy...now can barely walk and has been whimpering for the past 48 hours. I plan on filing a police report. My dog certainly didn't hurt herself, alone in a room. DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible management. Completely unaccountable for their workers and actions!

Its funny that Management denied going in my room. After I returned from a short absence from the room, I immediately took my dog out for a walk and she was walking really slow...I thought she was just groggy. However, as soon as I went into the hallway, the manager stopped me and asked me if he and his staff could get into my room to change the box spring. IS THIS A COINCIDENCE? Absolutely not, they tried going in there a few minutes earlier, my dog barked and one of the maintenance guys kicked and injured my dog. And now they are denying it! Now I have a $1,200 emergency room vet bill and a scared and injured dog. This incident will likely end up in court.

If you are sincerely sorry and acknowledge your hotels error, then you would take care of the Vet bill. However, I pressume your apology is just babble because you have not taken responsibility for your terrible management of the situation.

I had to stay here for a month and a half while my apartment became available. The staff is amazing. Especially the Ukrainian girl and the black lady with blue hair. The manager saw that all my needs were met every single day.

My coworker and I arrived to see half the parking lot surrounded by caution tape but the front desk clerk assured us it was due to resurfacing. The side door was propped open by a wet floor sign and there were some suspicious activities going on in the parking lot by several men. Yvonne at the front desk was friendly but told us she couldn’t do anything about the side door being propped open or the men outside. I had originally planned to jog but felt unsafe so I bolted the door to my room and didn’t emerge until morning. My room was across from the stairwell door which got more traffic throughout the night than a city bus station.

The toilet, kitchenette, and bedside table/lamp were all dirty in my room. The sheets at least appeared clean. There were no cups, plates, or utensils and exactly one hanger. The fridge was clean and the air conditioning unit worked. Breakfast the next morning was coffee and nutrigrain bars.

I personally would not stay here again. I didn’t sleep much due to noise, the room was dirty, and I didn’t feel safe.

My father came to stay in this hotel because it was dog friendly. I went to visit him and go to dinner and shortly before my arrival a worker asked to get into our room to change the box spring but we asked that he not during our stay. Upon our return, one of our dogs was clearly hurt and has had trouble walking for the past several days. It very clearly seems like this service worker came into our room, despite our insistence not to, and had an incident with the dog. We have talked to the manager and he has offered no recourse. If you have pets, I would stay away from this hotel.

Considering the low cost, I'm quite happy with my experience here. The room smelled fine, was 99% clean (or clean feeling), and it even had a kitchenette which was odd but appreciated. The only star I'll dock is for the hardwood/vinyl flooring; I prefer carpet in rooms and if it is hardwood then it absolutely needs to be mopped regularly, which this floor felt a little too sticky for me.

The ONLY good part of this was the day front desk lady, Valerie. God bless that angel.
The room smelled like a wet dog when I got there, luckily I has some lysol anti-bacterial fabric spray with me to sort that out.
The microwave was filthy and the boy who came to clean it laughed right Me when I said I had severe food allergies and couldn't touch it.
I was on the phone at the time and the person on the phone was as appalled as i was that he laughed at me, so the story can be corroborated.
He clearly didn't clean it sufficiently and as a result, heating up my leftovers in it gave Me diarrhea and I was up sick all night, which made it difficult to get packed up this morning because I had to keep stopping to use the toilet. Not to mention the person I got to witness with his entire unit out, peeing outside the hotel. Then the hotel staff were up my arse about not being out on time. Ya, I'm not happy about it either. I feel like garbage and am dehydrated from 12 hours of shitting liquids.
I was warned that the staff today would be nonsense and those facts checked out.
If it wasn't for those things, it would have been ok.
I'm sure someone else without allergies would have a better experience, but I will never stay here again.

This place is absolutely terrible..... Leaking heat/ air conditioning unit, bathroom sink stopped up. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I had to bring my own towels down and swap them out .. I don't work here!!!!!

I don’t normally post regarding hotels because they usually just deliver on what they say, but trust the other reviews and book elsewhere if you can. This is a budget friendly option for a reason. I had pretty low standards to begin with but this exceeded those.

Bathroom faucet dripped all night (shutting the door did nothing to dampen the sound), tv was for show as there was no remote (yes I could have controlled it from the side of the TV as it’s at least 15-20 years old and has easier to access buttons). My window was cracked and the lock took a lot just to line up and latch as it was unlocked when I arrived. There was hair on the toilet seat (something that a quick wipe would remove so I imagine it was never cleaned) and while this is many hotels, the bed felt like a rock.

The front staff during check in was pleasant, but that was all.
