Reserved a room for two nights in October of 2024. I paid in advance for the first night and called the number to add another night. I brought my original confirmation and payment with me. The man at the front desk charged me for two nights, even though I had proof the one night had already been paid for. He told me it was normal to charge two nights and I could speak to the manager the next day. We immediately went to the room because it was late after a day of flying into Ohio. There were random men in the hallway sitting on the floor, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and many people asleep in the vehicles outside or just standing. Doors were propped open (one from the outside that you are supposed to have a room key to open wasn't even locked) and down the hallways were open. We went into our room and checked the sheets, pulled the first corner and boom there were two bed bugs. Went to the front desk to report it and check out - he didn't even act surprised. I got refunded for the two nights charge but still haven't been refunded for the night I paid online for. DO NOT STAY HERE! I have stayed at Extended Stays many times while traveling. Although this is not a bad area, this is an old, dirty, not kept up hotel. Stay far away from this place!!!

Been staying here a while everything is what you expect it to be very friendly staff the gm really takes her job to heart, she will make sure all problems are fixed and that all concerns are addressed she is perfect for the job the night auditor crystal is by far the best person in the world. it's cheap they give you privacy as long as you are not trouble they won't say anything to you Teresa great person very firm on the rules josh cool af other night guy he is also very laid back house keepers are sweet 1 of them is funny and everything I have ever had a issue out of was resolved comfy bed white sheets white pillow cases white towels I would say it was better than in town by far and it's geeat place to call temporary home!!!

Arrived and had to wait a long time for the staff to check us in. The hotel reeks of weed. Rooms are unclean. At nearly midnight, someone with a key entered our room while we were about to get into the shower. The only thing stopping the person from fully entering was the bar latch on the door. We called the front desk to be told it was an employee- who had checked us in and NEW we were in the room! This place is dangerous! The decision was made to leave the hotel as it is not safe. We spoke with front desk to get a refund and were told we were getting a refund based on the experience. Instead, they double charged us and just gave a refund for the double charging. Now I have to dispute with th credit card company. Unacceptable!

Don't ever ask a question or anything at this place - called with questions and to make a reservation - never got past the reservation person - asked one question and the gal didn't like it or was just too lazy and hung up on me - called back and got a different person - I asked if I could report the previous person I talked to and they hung up on me also - the most rude and incompetent people ever - if I could rate this outfit negative I would - hope they go out of business - horrible people working there...

Reggie was kind polite and very helpful. The others there were nice as well. Only complaint I have is the housekeeper had stolen my Starbucks cup from out of the fridge and I never got it back so bless that individual. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s very decent priced.

I stayed here a few weeks, and the room I had was unexpectedly nice. I figured since it was more of a long-term living type situation that the rooms would be a bit run down with that lived in Type of look. In my opinion the attention to detail could have been paid more attention too for example the shower was backing up with water because the drain needed to be cleaned out and the shower head did not spray good due to the calcium build up. Both easy fixes. The things that needed cleaned better were no big deal in the grand scheme of things but had they been payed attention to would have easily been fixed and or cleaned. Other than that the stay was among the nicer extended stays I've been in thus far and among the cheapest too for what you get.

I booked here for the weekend. The front office staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and smelled good. I enjoyed my stay here and will book again in the future.
