Stayed Two nights due to the winter weather. First room was king size but heat didnโt work so they moved us to the room next door told me was queen size bed but the bed was actually a full size bed but the heat worked. Gaps around door there was no weather stripping around door cockroaches also. They need to pay for bug control. Also no refund for the difference in bed size โqueenโ room is less expensive than king and the pictures do no look like the actual room the cooking surface is Hot plate toaster oven contraption there is no overhead cabinetry like in the pictures.

Didn't give me my deposit back and tried to make up excuses why I couldn't get it back and I had electrical problems that they still haven't fixed and my toilet didn't flush and it was filled with roaches

The staff is very helpful me and my fiance are living here until a home comes available. We would definitely recommend to stay here. It might not be a 5 start hotel but I has things you need. Ask for Brittany she'll take care of you

I just came for a visit but the room was very nice. It was large in size, had a almost full size refrigerator, and a little counter top. The bathroom was nice too. They even have a washer and dryer on site wich is nice! I would definitely stay here!

When we arrived to the hotel we informed them that we would need to be there for a couple (2) weeks. We were looking for a place to rent and found one, but couldn't move in for two weeks. I called and they told me the rent would not be 280$ a week because it was a "suite" instead it would be 360$ (weekly pet fee included) no big deal cool! We checked in and went to our room, it was not a suite. It looked like any regular room but it was okay we needed to stay there. A week later I went to the front desk to pay for our next week and was told that we needed to checkout and they would give us our deposit back. We followed every one of their rules. We didn't bother anyone. But we have to leave due to reservation. I have two small children which they seen but told me I had to leave. They wouldn't even give us a different room when asked about a different size room (king instead of queens) was told no.
Management takes things out from in front of your room (our ashtray) and when asked for it back so we could put it away was told "No" until there was a fuss about it.
When we checked out we were in a rush because we were under the impression that we would be staying another week. They told us we had to leave due to a "reservation" I had to return there because I'm pretty sure we forgot some insulin in the refrigerator and I happen to notice the room they needed for a "reservation" was empty. So we were told to leave for a one night reservation? Anyways, we forgot some insulin and when I call to ask if they had found it, I was informed they just throw everything they find in the fridge away!!! Even medication!! Completely disappointed that they are this unprofessional. Act nice to your face, but they only are in it for the money? But then I don't know because they told us to leave, 380$ compared to their one night "reservation"
I do not recommend, all together a horrible experience. I've never heard of any hotel just throwing everything away. Just my honest opinion.
The rooms were clean, smelled nice and not a really noisy place. Everything was okay, except management.

I am a traveling medical lab tech and assigned to the hospital for 13 weeks. I came across this little gem to stay at. I couldn't be more pleased. Front desk people are so very pleasant and helpful. Room is like a little studio apartment with everything you need. What I loved the most was the tile floor as I cannot stand carpet. For what you pay per week, especially compared to other places, it's a bargain. It's not top of the line, high class with all the bells and whistles, but it's everything you need for a comfortable stay and be able to save on housing allowance. I would definitely stay here again.

...especially in this current situation we are all in here in our country and the world. supplies are difficult to obtain, workers are not easy to get, prices escalating, etc.||||No, I do not work for this hotel. I am a guest here and in my humble opinion, the staff is excellent, the rooms are good and getting better (I am staying in a newer version of the rooms that received some bad reviews), and they really are trying to improve it here. ||But they are also trying to give people a break on PRICE. The people complaining about the place are probably paying the least to stay here. Aren't any of those complainers skilled workers who might want to work a couple hours on the side? How about lending a little help to speed up the remodeling process and help pay for your room in the process? What does complaining do?||Yes, there are rough spots to this hotel, but how about trying to help them make it better? People could at least clean up after their dogs, stop throwing trash in the parking lots, for example.||Before I shut up, I want to say I am grateful to not have to be sleeping in my car right now and I have everything I need to live temporarily in this ESBrunswick, safely and relatively peacefully. Most of the guests are considerate, just trying to get by day to day in whatever is going on in their lives. ||Yes, it needs updating and they are trying hard, it is obvious to this guest commenting right now. Not to be flippant, but if I checked into a moldy smelling room, I'd immediately leave and run to the store to get something to clean it up for myself rather than leaving a bad review for nice people trying to create an economical space that is safe and clean for people in transition. ||You didn't check into the ritz carlton, for crying out loud! ||Personally, I clean up after my pet 100% of the time. I clean up after myself in my room and never leave trash or messes for housekeeping. They have enough to do cleaning up after the inconsiderate guests. The room I checked into was very clean. The front desk people have been nothing but kind and considerate. Housekeeping has checked with me a few times within a week to see if I need anything and been very helpful. ||I have traveled extensively and stayed at many places. This property is in transition, no doubt, but they are doing a great job trying to make it better while getting slammed in the reviews. Maybe if they see a normal person noticing that they are trying to make things better, it will encourage them to keep going.
