On July 31,I turned 80and my kids decided to get an event planner this turn out to be the best event of my life I have never seen something so beautifully put together so well it was the talk of the town and my friends and out of town family and friends are hoping there will be a follow up. If you're planning an event for any age this is the best 5* you will need

Prom 2022 was a success because of Yolanda and the FabuLESS Events Crew. Communication was easy - we expressed our desires and she truly made the vision come to life. Punctual, dependable, and flexible. I truly felt at ease handing over the planning reins. The personalized touches throughout the prom venue and the attention to detail was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The crew reset the venue after the event in record time. As a HS Activities Director, I hope to book FabuLESS Events for many more events in the future.

I've had the pleasure of working with Fabuless Events for over a decade now. My oldest is 15 and I think the first event I did with Fabuless Events was when she was 4. I can't speak highly enough of their services. Yolanda, the mastermind behind it all, is not only a great communicator but also incredibly skilled at what she does.

Fabuless Events is able to bring any theme to life. I usually send over my ideas, and without fail, it's turned into something magical. The attention to detail is exceptional.

I was hesitatant to hire a coordinator for my my daughters Bat Mitzvah because I thought I could do it all myself and really couldn't afford to pay a full service coordinator thousands of dollars.

Even though Yolanda seems to have a great eye and does a lot of creative work, she was willing to work with me to just set up and manage the first several hours of my event.

As the time drew closer and I faced challenges with my own decorations, she was always quick to respond to my panicked emails and be a voice of reason.

One issue we had was that the scope of what I needed her for changed (I no longer needed her to transport items from one location to another as one of the vendors was willing to do it for a nominal fee). With the change, I didn't think there was enough work required to set up to justify the hourly fee. When the scope changed, I asked Yolanda is she would adjust her hours and she said no. This frustrated and soured our communication a bit, but on the same token, I understood that her changing her hours was not necessarily possible if she had a prior engagement plan. My point here is that you should have a detailed list of your expectations before you sign a contract and don't expect to be able to adjust it.

After the tension created by the change request, I was a bit worried about how the actual event would play out but my fears were completely alleviated the moment I met Yolanda, just two hours before the party.

From the minute I arrived to the venue, I could see she was commanding, detail oriented, and a hard worker. She busted her butt to get everything set up in my vision without any direction. She was solution oriented and when the DJ brought the wrong photo booth, she worked to find a solution. The set up looked absolutely perfect by the time the guests arrived.

Yolanda spent the next 2.5 hours running all around, and solving multiple issues caused by the DJ and venue management. My husband (who doesn't like to spend money and thought I was insane for hiring a coordinator) even turned to me and said "thank G-d you hired Yolanda"!

Yolanda is truly a highly competent coordinator. It is not easy to fix multiple problems on the spot, deal with whiny guests, while keeping a smile on one's face and she did it with gusto. If I hadn't hired Yolanda, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy one of my daughter's most important milestones and if ever throw a party again (hopefully not for a long while), I will 100% use Yolanda again.

In retrospect, I also realize that if I had hired Yolanda for full scale coordination (centerpieces, vendors) I might have actually saved money and avoided hiring a terrible DJ!
