It had vacancy for us as we had nothing booked and wanted to rest after a delayed flight before driving home.
Staff was quick and kind. There was a refrigerator was nice and cold. The price was extremely cheap as well.

The negative:
Shower was not cleaned with only one towel with staines and hair on it.
2 lights were not working, and the outlets on one side of the room also were not working. The room did smell a bit funky as well.
Lookikg back, I probably would have tried to find another hotel.

Room is quiet. Not a lot of noise. The rooms are great for it's value. The hotel could use an update. They should renovate the hotel and it's rooms. It definitely would attract more attention. They would probably go up on the price though.
All in all it's a nice hotel for the price. If you do not want to spend a lot of money.

Only writing this to tell you to listen to the bad reviews. I thought "oh people are being dramatic it can't be THAT bad." It was. First we arrived an hour before check-in so figured we'd see if they have a room, as I've never had a problem elsewhere being just an hour early. The lady at the desk simply told me no, check-in isn't until 3pm. I jokingly told my fiancee that's probably when she's off shift and didn't want the extra work. Sure enough we come back at 3pm and she's walking out the door.

Anyway check-in process was smooth and easy. They only charge $60 when I usually expect a $100 hold.

Get to the room and the door swings into a random mini fridge in the middle of the room, startling my fiancee to jump back and have the very janky ironing board fall on him. We later find another mini fridge inside the dresser area (neither of them were cold btw). I go on to inspect the room for bed bugs because of the reviews on here. I didn't do a deep dive because we were just stopping in and on our way out to a show. I did find a hair on one of the beds.

So we go to the show and come back around 12am midnight, hang out and unwind. Something prompts me to check the beds before going to sleep and I found a bed bug on the head board. Immediately freak out, it's 130am at this point. My fiance and I had never experienced this in our lives and contemplate sleeping in the car (quickly realize that's dumb it's 15° outside).

We packed up and went downstairs. There was another couple waiting for the desk person who they said disappeared after they asked him for something. He showed up about 10 mins later with their pillows. I then go up and explain what happened, and he was the only positive thing to come of this nightmare. He didn't really seem surprised or to care, but he did tell me to call Expedia for a refund and he would authorize it for me. So then we leave and find a reputable hotel nearby at 2am 🤦‍♀️

If you've read this far the moral of the story is just listen to the reviews when it comes to hotels where you're laying your head. Other reviews were valid as our experience too (everything falling apart, random screws on the windowsill from people trying to open the window, not a single surface had been dusted in weeks, elevator & our floor/room reeked of cigarettes and old weed). Just spend the extra $25 for a chain and don't stay at Fairbridge.

It's a horrible place to stay. The smell of weeds and cigarettes linger thru the halls. We had to ask for clean sheets and bedding because the ones provided had hairs and body fluid on it. There is water damage and separation on the ceiling and what appears to be black mold. (See pics below). We ran to nearest market to buy our own blankets. Def won't be back

Positive: I like how it was in a decent area not to far from activities. Negative: The room was very dirty. It looked like the housekeepers didn?t change the sheets, or restock anything and the floors were super dirty.

Hello. I wanted to place a complaint. I was at the hotel this past weekend 6/15 to celebrate my birthday. I had multiple people traveling with me to celebrate and recommend your hotel to them. We all booked our rooms a little over a week in advance. When we got to the hotel we were advised that all of our rooms were canceled. We never were notified or sent any information about this cancellation (yet we all received confirmation emails) after hours of going back and fourth with the front desk I was told that I would have to purchase new rooms at double the price of what I was quoted online on your website. So I had to book 5 rooms double the price and have 5 60 dollar holding fees on my card as well. I was not accommodated in any manner. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to at least have the rate I booked at honored. I really enjoy this hotel (that is why I recommended for my large friend group) and was disappointed by the customer service

Wish I could give negative stars… By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Lobby was filthy and the a/c exhaust from the office blew into the lobby making it unbearably hot. Foreigners working that could hardly speak English. Once we got our room everything was dirty. Everything. Found pubes in my bed, blood stain on the wall, mold in the shower, shower curtain stunk and the bottom 6 inches was purely mold. Carpet sticky, bathroom floor sticky. Pictures on google maps look nothing like the actual rooms. Fake photos. Absolutely hated my stay and slept in the truck, only used the room for the fastest showers I could take.
