Our high school baseball team stayed here this past weekend. They had recently completed renovations on the 3rd floor. Everything was very nice. Wanted to give a special shoutout to Tasha who worked the front desk both Thursday & Friday night! She was the best. Made our stay very enjoyable. Great customer service!

Our room had made beds but it was clear the sink and countertops were not cleaned. Pillows and mattress were not comfortable. Bathroom had a big opening in the sheetrock. 😳 The room needs a lot of love. The only reason we stayed here was because we could use some of our Marriott points. Lots of hotels in the area. Choose another one.

Check in was terrific. Lovely lady also gave us a list of restaurants and recommended Cheddars. Great restaurant. |Our TV had no shows appearing on the guide and volume was awful. |In the morning, person at the front desk didn’t say hello or acknowledge anything or anyone. Total opposite from check in. Overall the hotel could use some internal work but looks like it’s in progress. ||We stayed in another Fairfield in Fredericksburg the night before and it was great.

Came with my wife and newborn son for christmas, the rooms are fine, and the location is ideal for what we needed. However, the checkout time is 12, and we were "reminded" 4 times to get out from 11:45 to 12:07 when we left, 3 times by housekeeping and a 4th from a phone call from the front desk. I understand a checkout time is what it is, however, I have never had a hotel rush me out the door like this one. Especially strange to think about when the associate who checked us in remarked that they were surprisingly empty for the holidays. Wont be back.

Overall good experience. Breakfast is the highlight. It was hot and fresh. Tasha at the front desk is very nice. Fitness center is OK. Laundry machines and the elevator really needs some maintenance.

The climate control system was terrible. The room was either too cold or clammy. Turning on the fan only resulted in a horrible musty smell. But the biggest problem with this property is the thin walls between rooms. We heard someone snoring loudly all night and the stupid room doors that slam so loudly, the floor and walls shake. Most guests are so inconsiderate - they just make too much noise and while I know this is not the hotels fault, better construction would solve this problem.

Positive: comfortable bed Negative: Much. Dust fully covering some of the vents on the air conditioning unit. Wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom. None of the TV's worked on any of the (few) gym machines. And they didn't even have an exer-cycle.
