Stayed for an entire week. The property is spotless; housekeeping is constantly cleaning common areas and rooms. The breakfast is the best free continental breakfast I’ve had (and again, attendants are constantly refilling items and cleaning). Staff is super duper nice. Location is great with a great Mexican restaurant across the parking lot and easy walking to several more. I was very satisfied with the hotel!

There was a mouse in my room that bit my finger while I was sleeping. I got a picture of the mouse. I packed my things and told the front desk, this was at 2am. The hotel was completely booked up so they couldn't get me in another room. The manager refunded my stay but I had to find another hotel in the same are that had vacancies at my expense. The manager refused to find me another hotel to stay at. I feel the hotel should have paid to have me stay at another hotel given the situation. Instead I was put out and had to find another place to sleep, at 3am in the morning. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotels are in the hospitality field and this situation was not hospitable at all. Dont go here!

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights while visiting family. The location is perfect. Our room was clean and kept up every day. The breakfast offered different hot options each morning. The staff was attentive and kind.

This is a nice place. Maintained well. Clean. Has a breakfast bar in the morning. Several restaurants in walking distance or cheap Uber. Front staff was professional. My room was as clean but no hand soap on the first day and no coffee on the second day. But t overall positive experience.

Great service and convenience. The rooms might as well not have walls. Both rooms on either side of me had the TV's going all night so I got to hear that all night. Then the customer across from me must be a compulsive smoker. She went in and out of her room every 45 minutes. Don't plan on getting a decent night sleep here.

i was traveling across the country. The hotel was super clean and convenient. The staff was excellent. I was super embarrassed to admit that I actually left my wedding ring in the room and they sent it to me three states away! highly recommend. Five stars!

Internet, televisions, and the front desk computers have all been out of service for the last day and a half. No updates, no ETA. Not awesome. Clean at least…||Fortunately not here for business or this would ha e been a much larger issue. Still a bummer to not be able to watch some games with the family.

In short, I have visited this hotel numerous times and have never been disappointed. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is always very clean and welcoming. I always stay at their location when I’m in town on business but would stay here for any occasion. There are several good restaurants within walking distance which is just another reason to stay here. It’s a great place to stay and get some rest.
