Fairfield Teacher's Agency is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Once I submitted my application and profile, their follow-up was immediate; for any potential placement they provided the details per my requests at the initial interview. I worked with Mark King prior to my interview and to finalize my placement. Mark is extremely polite and knowledgable. He was patient and willing to discuss any concerns or questions I had; if there was ever a need for additional research, I never had to wait more than a day to hear from him and was kept informed at every stage of the placement process. I recently relocated to Connecticut from out of state, leaving my teaching job behind. In the months leading up to my move, I applied for elementary teaching positions throughout Fairfield County, and did not receive one response for an interview. I was highly impressed with the services provided by the Fairfield Teachers’ Agency. The process began with a very simple application. This was followed by an in-person meeting to discuss my preferences and areas of interest. After the meeting, the agency contacted me several times per week (often multiple times per day) to inform me about potential opportunities. Since they have so many contacts, I felt very comfortable being selective about where they sent my application. They also did not pressure me at all to say yes to schools which I was not interested in.
