We are very happy with Faith Care and Companion Services. Pena is very kind, professional, and an excellent in-home service provider. She came with us to assist at a physician's appointment, and she handled the wheelchair, stayed with us, and was extremely helpful. We could tell that she loves her job; it comes across in how well she treats us.

My grandmother was against a stranger coming into her home and helping her with personal care needs. After 2 weeks of service, my grandmother increased the hours because she enjoyed the caregivers company so much. There was one time the caregiver couldn't make it and Faith Care had a replacement. My mom accepted having a replacement and she loved her too! Great employees, office staff always helpful, I would highly recommend Faith Care if you are looking around for services.

Faith Care and Companion took care of our father for almost two and a half years, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease. In the beginning they helped him with small chores in his home, gradually increasing the care to 24/7. My family is forever indebted to FCC for their devotion to caring for our father. They were committed to making sure his environment was peaceful, cleanly and that he was always comfortable. Hygiene was a top priority for them. Up to and at the end of our father's life we were able keep him in his home, thanks in great part to FCC. I would add an additional "C" to their name for "Compassion". The match between my father's personality and his primary aide was so wonderful that out of it grew a lasting friendship. I would be remiss if I did not mention the dedication shown by FCC towards working with multiple family members, oftentimes with conflicting opinions as to the best approach in caring for our father. They showed the highest degree of professionalism, born from experience, while dealing with some difficult matters, all to the benefit of our father. Thank you, FCC, beyond words and bless you!

This company is so bad. Since my father started with this company it's been a nightmare. It's been only two months and my father been through a lot of caregiver until this day my father have not have a steady caregiver. For me this company is 0 start.
