Jordan is absolutely amazing! She was such a huge help in planning and executing our recent trip to Disney World. Not only did she handle our park/resort reservations, but she also booked dining reservations, an airport car service, and a stroller rental for us. She monitored discounts as they became available and was able to save us quite a bit of money from a promotion I wouldn't have known about. I met her twice for coffee and emailed her with questions many more times than that, and those conversations were incredibly helpful to calming the overwhelm that can come with your first Disney trip. We had a small snafu when we first arrived (which ended up being my mistake!), and Jordan responded to my text immediately to help me sort it out even though she was on her own vacation. She also checked in with me a couple days into our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. You will not regret having Jordan help you with your vacation plans!

Working with Jordan and Fantastical Vacations was great! Jordan answered all my emails and questions very quickly. We even had to make a last minute change and add an extra night onto our resort stay due to a snow storm and Jordan was able to make the change for us within a day of our arrival. There are no words to describe how amazing Jordan is!
From our consultation to actually being on vacation, Jordan was AMAZING! She guided us step by step and did most of the planning for us. The possibilities are endless and it can be so overwhelming. She was informative, organized, answered all our questions, and on top of her game while researching halal options. We told her exactly what we needed and that's what we got! As former cast members, we like to think we can handle planning a Disney vacation on our own. With so many big changes to the parks in the past few years, however, we decided to contact Jordan for a little extra insight and guidance. We are very glad we did! Not only is she knowledgeable and up-to-date with all the magic, she helps make it happen with friendly, fun, personal, and efficient planning.
She patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions about the new Genie, Genie+, and Lightning Lane programs as well as updated us on new health and safety guidelines, reviewed changes to park hopping, and helped us find and book transportation to and from the airport now that the Magical Express is no more.
A vacation that could have caused more than a little confusion and anxiety went off without a hitch thanks to Fantastical Vacations with Jordan. Knowing what a reliable, professional, courteous planner she is, we will absolutely be return customers when we plan our next magical vacation.

Jordan was sooooooo amazing! I would definitely recommend her 10/10! She was super helpful through the entire process. I haven’t traveled much so everything was new to me but she was there every step along the way. No question was a dumb one and she made sure to let me know that. I felt comfortable asking for help and she was always professional and timely in responding. I will definitely be booking with her again in the near future.
