Heather helped us with planning a Europe trip for 2020. Unfortunately it didn't happen but she helped us get the credit for the deposit. With her help we were able to apply it to another tour in the US. She was very quick to respond to our questions and very helpful with planning and finding a tour that fit our budget and interests. Very good with keeping in touch. We felt very comfortable dealing with her and will definitely have her help with future trips.
