We’re from out of town and had to come for our little boy being sick while on a trip. We had the BEST service coming here. We got in quick ,were diagnosed quickly, and were given several options for cheaper payment options. They also explained things in such a detail that it made everything easier to understand. LOVE this place!

This is the second time I have visited this location. The first time was okay, I had to wait about 1.5 hrs despite having selected a specific time but they were busy that day so that’s to be expected. Today was my time was 3:59. It was the earliest available. They closed at 5 today which I assume is a normal practice for their hours on a Sunday. When I walked in, I was the only person in the waiting area and they two ladies at the reception window had the window slid open and were talking very loudly (I’m assuming to make sure I got their point) about how rude it is for people to come into a place a business an hour before they close. They continued this conversation for about 10 minutes while I sat there and waited. Not only were they complaining about patients coming in and having to do their job, they were also talking about how they would NEVER have a card on file with Fast Pace. Right after she made that comment, she called me up to ask for my credit card to put on file which I gave her. The lady that called me back was one of the same ladies participating in this conversation. She was extremely rude, yelled my weight out loud literally for no reason at all. She checked my BP, temp, and heart rate and didn’t speak at all. You could tell she was pissed. The doctor I saw was the same one I saw on my first visit. She was very nice and thorough — thank you!! The two ladies at the reception window need to take a class on customer service. I’ve been working with the public for years and there’s no way I would ever have someone like that working for me.

Made an appointment online and was number 3 in the wait line. Registering online was easy, the site is user friendly. The staff was friendly! The nurse and practitioner were great! They listened to me and were efficient and compassionate. I was in and out with a short wait and on my way to feeling better! Great experience. I’m so thankful Fast Pace Health Urgent Care came to Lincoln!!

Very quick and efficient health care. I’ve been here several times for my children and it’s always clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have this urgent care service in our community. Thanks to all the staff for making sure our needs are met.

If you’re seeking medical care paired with basic human decency, I suggest you look elsewhere. My experience with this clinic was, in a word, abysmal. Voicemails vanish into a void of apathy, never to be returned. Reception is less of a welcoming committee and more a gallery of derision—mockery and laughter, it seems, are part of their therapeutic regimen. One might expect to be placed on hold during a busy day; however, being forgotten entirely feels less like a scheduling mishap and more like a systemic failure. To call this office disorganized would be generous. To call it caring would be fiction.

I came in for a random drug screen, and at the front desk I was greeted with the most wonderful ladies you could ask for, she had a wonderful smile on her beautiful face, she was very kind and helpful to me , showing me how to send my company's information to there email address.
The wonderful lady enjoys her job, and everyone else that works there is just as kind as she is.
It's always wonderful to be able to walk into a place, where everyone is happy to be there and enjoys their jobs.

I went in for a cough, a basic common cold and cough.
They tried to charge my insurance company 640.00 for my 30 minute visit.
One breathing treatment and one shot is not worth over 600.
And....I didn't even get seen by a Doctor.
I was seen by an RN.
Truth in pricing and much better quality is desperately needed but won't happen until the consumer demands it!
We get what we settle for!

I received prompt and professional care at Fast Pace. The PA was personable, caring and skilled. I needed stitches and she did an outstanding job while keeping me calm. Thanks to the staff at Pace.
