I had trouble with printing my document with it being oversized and the staff is not even trained to help the customers. They all want to clock out and leave. Poor customer service. I have $200 worth of printing to be done.

Conveniently located at convergence of Hyde Park and Oakley, this is a full service store with packaging, printing, faxing, supplies, etc. Customer Service is hit or miss. When returning items with a pre-supplied label do ask for a receipt.

Been in there a number of times recently. Almost always short staffed. Closing for "lunch" between 3-4:15pm during normal operating hours is just bad business. You need to do better.
