We had very specific ideas for our son’s Bar Mitzvah Weekend in Santa Barbara, including a private basketball game and raucous game-night. Felici Events met our vision with enthusiasm, drawing on their amazing resources and relationships to make our dream weekend a reality (no small task on a holiday weekend)! Zohe and her team were easy to work with, even from out of town. From venues to menus, we relied upon Zohe’s vast expertise and creativity to guide us. She and her team were accessible and flexible, responsive and incredibly detail oriented. They thought of everything (one-of-a kind welcome baskets for guests, a real referee for our basketball game!) and prepared for anything (intermittent showers be damned!). Moreover, you never saw such beautiful flowers and table settings! This was our 2nd time using Felici Events and won’t be our last!

I arranged to have Zohe help me organize and execute a memorial service for my wife. She made arrangements to hold it at a local hotel, along with flowers, video presentation, reception and dinner. It was PERFECT! She is the best. I would definitely have her help me in the future.

We recently held a very large corporate event of almost 400 people at a remote resort location. Felici Events was instrumental in ensuring everything flowed smoothly, especially in certain areas we had no previous experience with, such as properly communicating and ordering our AV needs to the resort, and guidance with which bar/beverage package to go with. Zohe Felici speaks 'event lingo', quickly understanding and communicating our needs to vendors, which provided our team with a sense of ease and confidence. So worth it! If you are out of your comfort zone or need help with certain aspects of your event, then Felici Events is who you need!

The Felici Events Team is absolutely FABULOUS! Zohe Felici and her team, Lydia and Alaina, were so professional and reassuring in every way from start to finish for our daughter's wedding! Zohe had the timeline for the entire wedding weekend fine tuned to perfection and everything from the many months of planning to the rehearsal and through the entire ceremony and reception were orchestrated by her and her team in a way that was just magnificent! We couldn't have had a better group of wedding coordinators than the Felici Events amazing women and we couldn't have had such an amazing wedding without their efforts, guidance and total reassurance for us family members! We have been receiving a lot of wonderful compliments from family and friends on how beautifully and smoothly the wedding day went and how wonderful all of the team members were in seeing that things ran like clock work for the day. As mother of the bride, I knew that all of us could just totally enjoy the wedding day itself knowing that the Felici Events Team was going to make the day complete with their wonderful work! These ladies guided all vendors perfectly throughout the day too! And Zohe, Lydia and Alaina are such sweet and kind women! The most wonderful aspect of our daughter and son-in-law's wedding day was knowing that they both had the dream wedding of a lifetime - truly magical! And every guest at the wedding absolutely raved about how lovely the entire day was and how much fun they were all having in celebrating the Bride and Groom! We can't thank you enough Zohe and Team for all the love and effort you put forth for our daughter's wedding day! I know for sure that the new Mr. and Mrs. had the most joyous and magical wedding day ever and they, along with us, are so forever grateful! There is such a feeling of comfort when working with Zohe, and the Felici Events team. The great thing about Felici Events, is that while they work so hard, they always remain calm. Everything is always under control, and she keeps everyone on track, in the most professional way. She composes intricate events, each with a unique feel. As a photographer, I really appreciate her attention to detail, and I can tell the guests feel the same way. Zohe takes a theme and runs with it…gorgeous events, with such creativity.
