The best! this is the third time i've used Festival, this time for a trip to peru for my wife's 60th. Robert booked the best hotels and arranged for guides who were amazingly knowledgeable. Robert is always on it; when we had a plan change crisis because the train tracks to Machu Picchu were taken out by a flood, Robert was on it from a trip in Spain! To top it off, the price was much lower than anticipated. I highly recommend Festival Tours.

We booked the tour Perlas de Turquia with festival tours. Robert, Katherine and Sara were extremely helpful. Our trip was amazing Our bus driver and tour guide were extremely professional and knowledgeable Eren.

The only problem I have is that went we arrived in Istanbul we stay at a different hotel from the original that was booked. We were supposed to stay at a Radisson blue pera and instead we stayed at the marmara hotel. The service here was bad. The keys assigned to our rooms constantly kept malfunctioning and we had to ask the reservation people to reassigned. Also they have a beautiful restaurant on the top floor but they have the worse service and believe they were racist towards us. Do not stay here.
Also, the places were the bus stops at the plazas have horrible food and it's served cold.

Afterwards everything else was superb the hotel in Cappadocia and Bursa were 5 or 7 stars. Then back in Istanbul we stayed at the Vogue hotel here our last night in Istanbul was the best time we had the service provided to us was magnificent and the food delicious ? I highly recommend this place ?

I purchased a trip with Festival International Tour Operator in California and they were really helpful, they answered all my questions and I was very happy with there service. We traveled to Duvai and we just loved it! Hotels were nice and they provided with everything they promise. They are very reliable.
I will travel with them next year to Italy and I can't wait for our new adventure.
