The company called in advance of coming as they said they would, and they showed up on time. I used to take my shredding to a facility whose shredding machine is broken so I looked for alternatives and found FileShred. This was very convenient as they came to my house and would have come to my business if I had requested. The shredding was done in a fraction of the time compared to similar shredding I have done in the past. The truck has a video on it so I could watch the shredding being done which is a great benefit as I had very confidential items that needed shredding. The price was very reasonable in my opinion. I would highly recommend.

Great service! They came to my house and shredded two bins of my old tax returns and bank statements that I have been accumulating for years. The driver, I think his name was Peter, explained everything and was very helpful. I even got to watch my papers being shredded on a screen on the truck. It was also very reasonable compared to other prices I received and they came right away. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.
