We were itching to do some rednecking while we were out in Missouri and Derek from firehouse really hooked us up. He listened to our requests as he answered my many questions before we even left, gave us great pointers but didn't make us feel stupid as we missed fish after fish, and he lives by the motto that "we're not having fun unless the music is playing." His knowledge of the water and the behavior of the fish can't be beat. Not to mention it was great to have a professional emergency responder when there was a minor finger injury. Don't underestimate the gigging poles. They were almost more fun than the archery equipment.

Me and the boys had to go back and do it again. Derek showed up for us once again. He really knows how to put you on fish and sets you up as best as he can for success. He's a fun guy to hang out with and even stayed late to help us clean them. We had so much fun we were still riding the high when we got home. Exhilarating way to spend your night.

The boat captain (Derek Marlin) is extremely professional. He will give you the best recommendations for putting you on good fish. His extensive knowledge of the lakes ensures that you will get the opportunity to shoot some great fish.

If you are new to bow fishing like I was he will give tips and pointers to make sure that you are successful at getting fish in the boat.

The entire experience was awesome. We’ve only bow fished in creeks and on bridges so bow fishing off of a boat was an entire different experience that we’d recommend to new and experienced bow fishers! The guide was very knowledgeable and took us to multiple places on table rock that was guaranteed a kill. We’ll definitely be going back next year!

This night bowfishing adventure was the highlight of our trip. My boys can't stop talking about it. Derek and Logan were a lot of fun, knew all the great spots, and taught us a lot about bowfishing. Had a great time going out with Derik! My father had some shoulder surgery and was very worried about pulling a bow back. Derik made sure that he had a lighter bow and even a cross bow to accommodate his injury. He even asked half way through how he was doing and if he needed to change anything up. Derik is a great guide who has all of your best interest in mind. Very knowledgeable and was great on giving instructions on where to aim, where to shoot and how to identify fish. If you are looking into bow fishing, there is no better guide or outfit out there that will help you succeed and have the time of your life.
