We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this vacation rental, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, our host, Matthew, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His communication was excellent, and it was clear he genuinely cared about our experience.

The house itself was pristine—immaculately clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From essential bathroom supplies to a fully equipped kitchen, they thought of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for everyone in the family to relax and unwind. The golf cart was great to take to the beach!

The highlight for us was the pool area. It was so relaxing, and the pool was perfectly heated, allowing us to enjoy it day or night. We also loved the Blackstone grill in the backyard, which made preparing family meals a breeze.

Being on the water was an added bonus. The dock and kayaks made for some memorable moments—whether we were paddling around or just enjoying the view, it was an amazing setting.

Fabulous home for our family vacation! Amenities galore for additional fun! It easily a top favorite now for our family.

This home is not only in a beautiful serene setting and location… but the house was perfect for a very enjoyable stay… fishing, wildlife watching, swimming, sightseeing, games, food and so convenient to the beach too!

Lots to see and do! Did not disappoint! We will be back!

Maxwell Sands was amazing! The house is beautiful, well stocked and the best night sleep I had in a while. Every detail was carefully thought of. I loved all the beach prints hanging throughout. The beach supplies came in handy for a quick walk to the beach. Matthew was super helpful and we would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us.

Matthew was an amazing host! We loved our stay here. The house was very clean, beautiful, and perfect location. Access to the golf cart to get around was also very nice. Matthew was very responsive and lots of great local recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Matthew was a great host! He was always quick to respond to any questions we had about the reservation and always super nice to speak with. The house was well furnished with everything you needed to cook and every room was super accommodating for each couple to have their own space! I would truly recommend this house to anyone who needs a chill beach style house with your own privacy! The pool was warm clean and refreshing in the Florida heat. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Tampa area!

It was the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed at. So relaxing and inviting. The view took my breath away the minute we walked in. The beach was a couple min ride on the golf cart provided and that was a great thing to have as I am handicap and it helped me get to the beach.
