First class provided great service to/from DTW, exceeded my expectations when driver was waiting even though our overnight flight from Hawaii landed almost an hour early at 6:30am. Would certainly use them again.

We have used First Class Transit for a few trips now, and we have always had excellent service with them. All of their drivers are in constant communication with you, even more so when we had a flight delay! They take the stress out of driving/shuttling to the airport, worrying about leaving your vehicle, etc. We will continue to use them for all of our trips; this is the only way we travel to the airport, worry/stress free!

I had a very good experience with this company. I arrived back at the Detroit airport late on a Sunday night and my driver, Randy, was already there, waiting for me. It was such a relief not to have to drive myself home after a long week working out of town. Randy was very courteous and conversational. The ride to my home went very quickly!
