Our family has not been on a family vacation in many years. After speaking with Kathy she helped us narrow it down to Jamaica .

Kathy and Kristen did a great job in organizing our trip to St. Maarten. The Sonesta Maho Casino and Spa resort they recommended was great and the food was delicious! Everyone in our group of 16 had a great time and was very impressed with how well it was organized. We made so many great memories and did not have to worry about anything because Kathy and Kristen made sure everything was taken care of so we could enjoy our trip to the fullest! I highly recommend First Class travel and we all will be using them for our next trip!

A PHENOMENAL experience! 🙂 Our Alaskan cruise was absolutely perfect thanks to Selena and Stephanie! 🙂 Communication was perfect and they always answered my questions, and I had a lot! lol. Everything was seamless from my initial conversation of planning out the trip, down to our “welcome home” email from them. I really felt taken care of every step of the way. This was our first group vacation experience with First Class Travel Club LLC and it was wonderful! Last year we used their services to travel to Italy, which was amazing and fantastic. This year we went to Alaska, the 12 of us, on a family vacation. We had such a great time, too! Our excursions included: a boat tour to see over 20+ glaciers, a hike on an actual glacier, an ATV tour, a bus tour through Denali National Park, and a visit to the Hot Springs and into an actual Ice Museum. We also stopped in North Pole, Alaska and got to see Santa! It was wonderful to spend time together, and not have to stress about "what do we do now?" Or "What should we do today?" because thankfully Kathy and her helpful team took care of planning and booking the excursions for us, which was extremely appreciated. Alaska was beautiful, and although we got some great photos, it simply can't do it justice, you have to go and see it for yourself! The traveling to/from was not bad at all--honestly, we knew it was a long plane ride but it ended up just fine. We cannot say enough nice things about First Class Travel, and we recommend it to all of our friends & family who are considering a vacation!!! A HUGE THANK YOU shoutout to Kathy, Kristen, and the rest of the crew there at First Class Travel Club, we are so appreciative of your efforts!!! Working with First Class travel was an amazing experience from start to finish, we will never use anyone else! Planning with Selena was so easy I gave her a little info about what we were looking for and a time frame and she quickly sent over 5 different options to choose from that included everything we asked for! Once we picked a location she kept in touch with us to plan excursions, make sure we got our passports, and to give us any last minute travel information. She text us when we arrived to make sure everything was going well and also sent us a welcome home email and an anniversary card. The private transfer to our hotel she arranged was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival and came at the exact time they stated for our departure. We chose Unico 2087 Riviera Maya Mexico and Everything about the hotel experience and the service we received while there was absolutely FIRST CLASS!!! The beach was a dream, the pools and property were well taken care of, the Ocean view room with soaking tub made us feel like royalty, the activities there were so much fun, all of the restaurants were DELICIOUS!!! The service from all of the staff was nothing short of amazing we literally did not want for anything while there and everything we specified or asked was accommodated. Our whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using First Class Travel for every trip we take from now on! Thank you Selena and First class travel for these wonderful memories you are appreciated beyond words ❤️
