Very good service. Started out with receptionist who was very helpful friendly and looked for ways to help me. They came out to help me that day and provided a temporary fix. Rueben was incredible. Really good job. This is a good service. I would highly recommend First Plumbing.

I called and requested an estimate on a small leak repair. I wasn't informed that anyone coming and looking would cost me $85 dollars until after the gentleman was at my residence for five minutes. I was quotes for sweating off one pipe and replacing it along with a garden spiket, which shouldn't take two hours, a total of $468 dollars. For less than that I was able to replace my pressure regulator, my stuff off gate, the garden spiket, and several copper pieces. I felt the gentleman not only over quoted me but also tried to pressure me into taking the quote. I will never call First Service Plumbing again!

Update: the owner himself came to my house to apologize about the service fee and returned my money. I greatly respect and appreciate that he personally came out and didn't just send me an email or something.
