Nick had me at HELLO!! He came to the rescue a month before our Son and Daughter-in-law's wedding. He is an utmost professional and completely reassuring. We left everything to Nick's discretion and his expertise did not disappoint. We went with the fall menu, which was absolutely delicious. The Butternut Squash Bisque was a huge hit on a beautiful fall day and complimented our theme perfectly!! Fitzgerald staff is friendly, polite, full of smiles and made everyone feel right at home. From the bottom of our hearts, we truly thank you.

Nick and his team are the best! They did an incredible job catering our wedding at Lighthouse Point Park. The food was delicious and served to our 120+ guests (buffet-style) super quickly, and the bartenders made sure there was never a line for drinks. The staff were very attentive to me and my husband and made sure we got to eat and drink plenty. Most importantly, Nick made us feel at ease throughout the whole process as he and his team are super professional and experienced. We felt so relaxed on our wedding day knowing the food, drinks, set-up and service were in great hands, and just got to enjoy it!

FIVE stars is just not enough for Nicholas Shope and his team at Fitzgerald Fine Catering. From start to finish, they went above and BEYOND for our wedding. I mean it when I say Nick is truly such a great person. He's the person who urged me to actually decide on a wedding date when I was up in the air with different options. The tasting with him and Jonathon was not only delicious, but it was fun (pictured)! He's so generous. He doesn't force you to buy his bar package, but he provides his bartenders regardless. He doesn't charge any silly fees, for example a cake-cutting fee, like venues do. He provides way more selections of passed hors d'oeuvres than any venue I've ever inquired with. He provides all linens. He set up all the napkins with the napkin rings I bought as décor. He purposefully cooks so much food that you could never run out and you go home with plenty of leftovers. Above all, the food is TO-DIE-FOR!!!!!!!!!!!! Our guests were so impressed with the food AND the professionalism of the Fitzgerald staff. They were all such lovely people! Believe it or not, Nick was way more organized and experienced with backyard weddings than both of my tent/rentals company and wedding planner — we actually hired him without inquiring with other wedding caterers because his confidence in his work and team was almost palpable. During the planning process, my husband and I would always say that our catering team was our one vendor that we didn't need to worry about. He was, by far, our best vendor and would recommend him for any event! If I need to convince you any further... we had a strange happening where a mystery person took all of our wedding leftovers. As a result, Nick went out of his way to REMAKE us an incredible amount of food for us to have as "leftovers." We're talking multiple dinner parties worth of food. He didn't have to do that at ALL, but he gladly did so. My whole family has been dreaming about the food since the wedding. Thank God we were able to have it again!! I want to shout my love for Fitzgerald's Fine Catering from the rooftops. Thank you, Nick and team!!!!

Our wedding on June 2nd at DCA Meadowlands exceeded our expectations. The day was magical. The venue was beautiful and we couldn’t ask for a more perfect wedding. Fitzgerald Fine Catering did a phenomenal job with the food. Nicholas Fitzgerald was wonderful to work with. He and his staff were very professional and accommodating. Nicholas responded to voice messages and emails in a timely manor, worked within our budget and made the process easy and stress free. There was nothing we would have changed. Our guests raved about how magnificent the food was. We looked into many other caterers and are thrilled we chose Fitzgerald Fine Catering for our special day. We highly recommend it. Cindy & Robert

We hired Fitzgerald's for our holiday party this year and it was AMAZING! Everyone raved about the food and the friendly, professional catering team. Nicholas is an excellent communicator at every step of the process. I was never left wondering what was going on. Highly appreciated considering many catering companies fail at communicating and keeping clients in the loop. Between the fantastic food, the incredible service, and the all-around awesome experience, there is no doubt we will be using Fitzgerald's for our parties going forward.... UPDATE 2024: We just had Fitzgerald's cater our holiday party again... and they blew it away! So awesome. Flawless in every aspect. And Chef John's FOOD Incredible! Everyone raved about everything. The whole team was amazing including Chef John, Britney our wonderful bartender, Tim and Adam as great servers, and Tom who helped make the early rush with all the coats a breeze (coat check). You can't top Fitzgerald's!

We couldn't have asked for the catering to go any better on our wedding day (5/25/24). Their staff was so professional and responsive to our needs and the needs of our guests. They accommodated all of the dietary restrictions, including family members who had allergies and who were vegan without any questions or issues. The food was absolutely incredible, not a single appetizer or main dish was anything less than delicious. Everybody kept raving about how good the food was, which is sometimes not the case for all weddings.The bartender was amazing and there were no lines for the bar even though we had 75 people and only one bartender. My day of coordinator was commenting all day on how easy they were to work with and how welcoming they were to her presence at the wedding. They were very efficient and respectful during the setup and breakdown and their team worked together very well. It was very apparent that this team is full-time with Fitzgerald's and are not just some teenagers working part time. Pre-Wedding, Nicholas was very responsive to any questions I had and didn't make me feel silly for anything. Overall, we could not recommend them more.

Fitzgerald’s Fine Catering catered our wedding at the Waveny House in New Canaan Connecticut for 102 guests on May 23rd 2015. The owner and staff really blew us away. They arrived early, had everything set up in no time at all, and even let me run around placing all my little decorations here and there. The staff was incredibly attentive and really a lot of fun! They and Nicholas are truly professionals. The food was nothing short of amazing!! We really wanted to provide our guests with excellent food, and Fitzgerald’s delivered; people were raving and it was honestly the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding. Nicholas was extremely accommodating when it came to menu changes and additions, and basically allowed us to customize the menu to our liking, even adding a chocolate fountain to the list just a couple weeks before the wedding. Nicholas and his staff made our wedding day stress free and I can never thank them enough for all they did.

This catering service is outstanding! Nicholas, John and the whole team are professional, friendly, and responsive. They also make very delicious food using high quality ingredients. They catered a recent celebration for CEIO and their services contributed to it being an amazing event. When we need a caterer in the future, we'll definitely use Fitzgerald’s Fine Catering again!
