We had an amazing experience with FlyNyon! Melissa helped us when we first arrived, and helped us upgrade to a longer flight.
The flight itself was unreal, being able to have your feet outside the helicopter is a surreal experience, but made for some brilliant photos.
The safety procedures were really thorough and we were made to feel really safe throughout.

I would definitely recommend FlyNyon to anyone looking for a really unique experience in NYC!

Brilliant customer care & service! Our flight had to be rescheduled twice due to weather conditions, but each time my request was accepted & confirmed straight away for the day after. On the third attempt of getting in the air due to weather, we arrived more than the 1hr 15mins advised as we wasn't sure what traffic would we like, so ended up being there 2hrs before our flight time. As soon as we were checked in and watched the safety video, we waited no more than 10 minutes and then was transported to the helicopter to fly much earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise so we weren't sitting around for a few hrs. The flight itself was perfect, clear blue sky and could see for miles. Pilot was very informative and very smooth flight. Overall experience was 10/10 and would recommend this to anyone visiting NYC. I would recommend to initially book the flight for as close to the start of your trip as possible in case of needing to reschedule due to the weather. This came in very handy for us as we were international tourist on a tight time frame being in the city. I’ve done the day flight, so I will be looking to book a night flight when I visit again!

Great experience. Everyone is very nice here. I do recommend to do this when you’re visiting New York. It allows you to take stunning pictures and just spend quality time with your loved ones. The pilot was super nice too!
There were strong winds forecasted but we didn’t feel it much at all.

The trip was great! I red online that I should avoid FlyNyon because it was a scam, something with weather conditions or coming 1 min late. Well we did not have that problem. They say to come 1h15m in advance. Well that's logical cause you have to see the safety video and put in belts etc. You are not the only one flying. If you are a big guy like me, be prepared cause in the helicopter there isn't much space. Once you are in the sky and can take your feet outside, it's great.

I would recommend flying when it is sunny, without any clouds. It was perfect. Next time I would fly with Sunset.

The staff was great! The pilot, Skyler, was a great guy. Funny and open to talk. All by all, the views were amazing! Especially with the doors off! I would recommend to pay extra for 30m. You can't get the experience anywhere else! Thanks guys for the everything!

The fact that booking three months in advance ended up being more expensive than booking on the same day was quite hard to accept.
In addition, the ground staff’s service was mediocre. phone calls were often unanswered, and email responses were noticeably slow.
On a positive note, the pilot was very professional and extremely friendly. Unfortunately, due to poor weather in New York, my originally scheduled open-door flight was changed to a closed-door flight. Furthermore, my night flight was rescheduled to early morning. During winter, it’s difficult to experience the sunset, the nights are too cold, and the morning views are fairly underwhelming. Overall, it seems that helicopter rides are more suitable for the summer season.

One more point to add: requiring passengers to arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes early felt excessive, especially considering that check-in was self-service, and the ground staff’s role was limited to assisting with a quick weight measurement. After arriving early, passengers were only shown a safety video that lasted approximately 5 minutes, followed by an extended period of waiting. The detailed safety instructions were actually provided by the pilot in a thorough and professional manner just before boarding the helicopter.

No doubts, the most incredible experience you could do in NYC. FLYNYON team is so professional and sufficient. Really thankful for their help to use 3 years old tickets, that were cancelled due to snow storm. Couldn’t even expect it’ll be so magnificent and unforgettable. Thank you! Highly recommended.

My boyfriend surprised me with a FlyNYON helicopter ride for my birthday, and it was unforgettable! We originally booked the 15-minute ride but got a discount to upgrade to the 30-minute doors-off flight, and it was so worth it. Seeing all of NYC from above was breathtaking, and the pilot was incredible. I even got to sit shotgun, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend for an unforgettable adventure!
