As a vendor, we had the opportunity to work with the owner, Rebecca of Forevermore Weddings, to create custom wedding signs for one of her clients. However, our experience was far from positive. Despite delivering the signs on time and as requested, the payment check provided did not clear, and multiple attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.

Our concern extends beyond our business transaction, as it raises questions about the reliability of Forevermore Weddings in fulfilling commitments. For those considering her services, please ensure due diligence to avoid any potential disruptions to your special events or projects.

We hope this situation is resolved promptly and that others do not encounter similar issues.

Forevermore Weddings: Florist
We hired the florist through Forevermore Wedding. I don’t know much about flowers so I told them our colors and they did a great job! They put together the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets! They were perfect, elegant, and lasted a long time after the wedding. I would definitely recommend using Forevermore Wedding for all their available services!

Forevermore Weddings: Wedding Planners (Hannah/Alyssa)
I was recommended by my sister to use Forevermore Wedding Coordinators. I chatted with Brooke over the phone during our first meeting. She is so knowledgeable and gave me different levels of services for wedding coordinators. To be honest, my wedding planning was a bit stressful considering I had many vendors to organize. Once I meet my main wedding coordinator, Hannah, it felt like a weight came off my shoulder. Hannah helped me contact vendors, organize the ceremony and reception, and figure out a functional layout of the venue. Leading up to the wedding day she sent out a final timeline and layout to all vendors and made sure there was clear communication between the vendors. The day of the wedding she helped organized the chaos and assisted setting up the reception venue. There was also a wedding assistant, Alyssa, that stayed with me and the bridal party to make sure the hair and makeup, photographer, and videographer services were going smoothly and on time. Once we got to the venue both Hannah and Alyssa helped up organize the wedding party entrance, cut the cake, and corral the guests to where they needed to be. At the end of the night they packed up all the decor we brought ourselves so i was easy to grab and go back to the hotel. They also gave out all the tip money to all the vendors. They truly helped us have a smooth, beautiful, and seamless wedding. My husband and I both truly are so grateful for all the things they did for us and our wedding!

100% will recommend to anyone in need of wedding coordination services! Brooke was amazing to work with and guided me every step of the way! Three months before our wedding we began meeting with the coordinator for the day of. Dani was incredible! I quite literally do not know what I would have done without her! She was my safe place during what could have been a very stressful time! Our wedding party is still talking about how helpful Dani was! She kept us on track and sane! I did not know either of these ladies beforehand and would consider them both friends now. I adore you both and will forever be grateful for you!

Mia led the coordination for the day-of and NAILED every detail. I am a photographer that has worked with Brooke and Forevermore Weddings a few times! They have always been so organized and fun to work with. Just recently I was having a final meeting with a DIY bride and she started breaking down because everything she had to do and all the stress. I called Brooke to see if Forevermore could help and they saved the day. She did months of work in just one meeting and the bride and groom enjoyed every minute of their day. The day of coordinators, Cameron and Kelly, we so present and helpful, I could not be more glad they stepped in and took all the responsibility off of this bride!! Would recommend to any couple looking to get the most out of their big day!

We hired Forevermore Weddings for five of our six Indian wedding events and were deeply disappointed with their service, execution, and communication. Despite initial enthusiasm, they consistently lacked attention to detail and miscommunicated, leading to numerous issues:

Haldi: The triangle platform lacked the agreed-upon yellow base; the structures were smaller and less vibrant than the reference photo. The stools provided were incorrect, disrupting the decor's consistency.

Mehndi: Instead of the agreed green fabric, a white backdrop was used, altering the event's theme. The backdrop was smaller than specified, and Forevermore claimed the correct fabric would have incurred additional charges, which was never communicated. Missing florals and lighting had to be added last-minute, yet still did not meet expectations.

Hindu Ceremony: The mandap was undersized, forcing us to step down during the pheres. The height was half of what was agreed upon, and details like pink flowers and matching chairs were neglected. Forevermore acknowledged these shortcomings but provided no clear explanation.

Nikah: Aisle pieces and sage flowers were missing. Forevermore claimed they weren't included because they didn't charge us, yet failed to communicate this, disregarding our vision.

Reception: The stage fabric wrap was unsecured, moving whenever touched. The backdrop was incomplete and shorter than agreed upon. Only one of three aisle pieces was reused, and incorrect yellow feathers were ordered instead of gold. The stage looked bare and lacked elegance, starkly contrasting the contract's inspiration photos.

Working with Forevermore was frustrating. Given their fees, we expected professionalism and attention to detail. After the wedding, we requested a 40% refund for the numerous mistakes and emotional distress caused. Instead, they accused us of extortion and refunded only ~4.5%, after 17 emails and 6 WhatsApp messages over two months. Additionally, during our 1.5-year collaboration, they frequently misspelled or mispronounced our names and our wedding planner’s, despite repeated corrections, showing a lack of basic respect.

Ultimately, Forevermore's poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and failure to deliver on promises made working with them a deeply frustrating experience. Weddings—especially Indian weddings with their intricate details and cultural significance—deserve a decorator who listens, communicates clearly, and executes with care. Unfortunately, Forevermore fell short on all fronts. The stress and miscommunication we endured simply aren’t worth it, regardless of the type of wedding. We cannot, in good faith, recommend Forevermore to anyone planning such an important and meaningful event. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Our wedding planning experience started by hiring a different Day of Coordinator (which I will not name) who did not make us feel confident that we would be taken care of on our wedding day. We ended our contract with said Coordinator in September 2022 and, after research and a recommendation from a family member in the wedding industry, hired Forevermore Weddings to take their place. To say I was relieved at the difference between coordinators is a HUGE understatement.

From the very beginning you can tell that Brooke knows what she's doing. During our set-up call, she went over everything in detail and my fiancé and I felt extremely confident with our decision. It was everything we needed and none of the "fluff" other coordinators try to throw in that you don't really need.
We were finally matched with Hannah as our official Day of Coordinator and we honestly could not ask for anyone better!

We had an in-depth phone call with Hannah around 3 months before our wedding and we went over the bigger details so she could start drafting our timeline. She was very quick to send it back to us along with the other things we'd need to prepare so that she could perfect the timeline for our big day. She put a lot of thought into everything and made sure it was exactly what we wanted.

The day of our wedding we had Sherri and Hannah helping us. They executed everything FLAWLESSLY based on my very vague descriptions and surpassed my expectations a million times. Both ladies made sure we were sticking to our timeline as closely as possible and that my groom and I were both taken care of all day. We could not ask for a better team. We are so incredibly grateful that we had them with us and will recommend them to everyone we can!
