Had to get a visitor pass for my dad before 5:00pm for BINGO thank God we had it just in time before they Locked 🔒 the doors at 4:58pm thanks so much for the officers that helped us get in and out before then..

Visitor center people were kind and helpful.... The picture was taken in the parking lot as I had never witnessed anyone use a deer antler to get into their vehicle after locking keys inside. Thought it was humorous

It was pretty easy an self explanatory on how to get our cards to get access to the base and when we did have a little trouble with one of our guys the army guys were able to explain what was going on an why it was happening an we got it resolved quick.

Visitors have to get a pass but are not allowed access unless a cac holder rides with them. But if the cac holder is driving no one asks to see the pass, so why get one at all?

Super friendly, extremely helpful staff. A nice clean facility and restrooms.

The moment we walked in we were being helped and given a LOT of really good information based on a few questions about what we're interested in.

This is honestly one of those few 6 out of 5 star places and I'd suggest you check it out even if you've lived in the area your whole life because they'll probably put you on something new and exciting.
