If I could give 100 stars it still wouldn't be enough. To say the owners, Adam & Linda, went above & beyond would be the biggest understatement of the year. By the end of our wedding weekend, my family had adopted theirs & talks of a summer get together were already underway. The guests at our wedding thought Adam & Linda were family members helping, THAT'S how invested these salt of the Earth humans are in your special day. The land is absolutely stunning, they have plenty of spaces for celebrating, the bedrooms are spacious, clean & beautiful! My husband & I visited 6 other venues & they ALL had some kind of ridiculous upcharge, it honestly felt like they only wanted our money & could not care less about our love & special day. None came close to Fossil Creek Ranch. Some of my favorite memories were of Linda making a delicious breakfast for our family the morning after, of Adam going out of his way to find & chainsaw the perfect fire stick for our welcoming campfire ceremony or the beautiful inscription in our gift from them. Adam even took the picture we ended up using on our invitations! I can't say enough about the gracious family at FCR & am honestly excited for the next time our family will return! So much love for Linda & Adam.

Went with the intentions of staying at the RV park, and ended up staying in one of the rooms because they were just too irresistible. Located in a beautiful hilly area with a nice creek running along the property, this transformed stable is the perfect mixture of rustic, comfy, and cowboy. The rooms have nice big beds, beautiful decorations, and kept us plenty warm over the winter night. The bathroom was right next door as well. Adam was extremely kind and gave us a tour of the whole place, and let us explore the property and creek on our own. The new RV park also has plenty of space and a gorgeous view. This place was beautiful, peaceful, and we absolutely recommend it. And they have cats!

We we there for a 3 night family reunion and it was like being at the Dutton Ranch. Adam and his wife were absolutely amazing hosts!!!! We have already book our family reunion for next April. Can't wait to make more memories at this beautiful location.

Fossil Creek Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding, offering everything we could have hoped for and more. The location was ideal, conveniently situated between DFW and OKC, making it easy for both our families to gather. The ranch provided plenty of comfortable lodging for our immediate families—and then some!

What truly sets this venue apart is the flexibility and dedication of the owners, Adam and Linda. Unlike many venues with endless rules and restrictions, they gave us full access to their stunning 95-acre property. Their willingness to go above and beyond ensured every detail was perfect, all without the nickel-and-dime add-on charges you find elsewhere.

The RV park and their openness to let our friends camp turned our wedding into a full weekend of festivities—an experience you simply can’t get at other venues. It truly felt like we were hosting the celebration on our own land, just as we had dreamed. Adam and Linda and their family instantly felt like family to us.

They worked tirelessly alongside us, spending countless hours helping us set up for both the ceremony and reception. They even joined us for our rehearsal dinner, striking the perfect balance between being wonderful hosts, cherished guests, and dedicated collaborators, staying late into the evening to ensure everything was ready for our big day. Linda did all of this after a full day of work elsewhere, and Adam was everywhere—cutting wood for memorials, hanging decorations, arranging shuttles for 200 people, and managing every little detail with care and enthusiasm.

The ranch itself is breathtaking. From the beautiful ceremony spaces to the scenic hiking trails, Fossil Creek Ranch is a slice of heaven. The positive energy and stunning natural surroundings made our outdoor creekside ceremony unforgettable, even after we thought bad weather might ruin the day. We ended up being blessed with beautiful fall weather. It truly felt like God’s country—dogs running freely, water flowing, and an atmosphere straight out of a Blake Shelton song (fitting for an Ada local!).

The venue also offered excellent amenities: a spacious bar for our nearly 200 guests, cold taps for kegs, beautiful décor that saved us money, a pool table, and a fantastic pool and hot tub. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make our weekend enjoyable and stress-free.

We are already planning to return for a family reunion next year. If you’re considering Fossil Creek Ranch for your wedding or any family gathering, don’t hesitate—this place is pure magic.

Thank you to the Woodward family for giving us the wedding weekend of a lifetime. We’ll never forget it.

I went with my granddaughter to check out this place! It was beautiful! It had many extras: decorations, 3 bedrooms for over night stay, swimming pool, hot tub, games, many places for photos, a bar, dance floor, outdoor seating, & lots of space for bride & groom to get dressed for the big day! I must say the man that gave us the tour was very patient & helpful! He answered all of our questions, gave us many options and never made anyone feel rushed or silly for asking so many questions! I think he would work with you anyway he needed to for all your needs to be met and your wedding to be everything u dream it to be!!

I recently helped shoot a wedding here and it was very pretty. Not the prettiest rustic venue I’ve ever been to but it worked. Since I didn’t do the booking I can’t comment on that part, but from what I saw and experienced it was nice enough. They set up the chairs outside for the ceremony and have a little stage. It was air conditioned upstairs and in the rooms downstairs. You have to decorate yourself. They have a pool which is nice.

What a wonderful venue for a graduation party! Kid-friendly, helpful staff, beautiful hiking trail, excellent photography spots, fossils, volleyball, clean rooms, fresh air, night sky, coffee, etc etc.
