My family stayed here this weekend, and we loved it. It was close enough to everything we came to do (Jekyll and st Simon's islands). It was such a comfortable hotel.

The only downside is that the TV is very difficult to operate due to a bad connection with the controller. It took nearly 30 minutes just to get it going.

But overall we had a wonderful stay and we will be coming back.

Oh and the service was amazing at the front desk and whoever cleaned our room while we were out did an excellent job even though we left our stuff in the way, they cleaned around it! It was great.

Hotel room was nice and clean and everyone was friendly. That being said, we couldn't get the shower water to get hot at all and you can hear everything from the other rooms and hallways. The room itself was very nicely set up and very comfortable. 3.5 stars rounded up.

The person who checked me in was very kind and attentive. She gave me directions to a location I plan to visit tomorrow and recommended restaurants close by. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

Loved this place. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Stopped for the night after a long drive. The Mexican restaurant next door was really good too for a quick bite. The room was clean and the ladies at the desk were so kind and welcoming. We will stay here again on the way back through.

Let me start out with this....this hotel shouldn't be rated 2 stars. The service we received here was nothing short of a 5-star experience. Recently, while staying here for an extended period of time (due to a death in the family) we were treated extremely good, the rooms and common areas were meticulously clean. On at least 3 of the mornings we had breakfast in the cafe and for just a biscuit sandwich and potatoes, it was well priced and the portions were large. The front desk staff treated us as well as you would expect from any 5 star resort, greeting us each and every time we arrived and departed. Upon check in, Christian was extremely helpful, polite and courteous, and through our stay there Shauna and Del were extremely helpful as we extended or stay a few days at a time. While we had no intention of staying 15 days in this hotel, I would do it again in an instat. The overall professionalism here is incredible.
Now.....for the bad.....and its by no means the fault of the hotel....with this being located so close to the interstate and around a few "less than ideal" hotels, there were some sketchy people wandering around after dark. The parking lot is super well lit, and we had zero issues. Just be aware of your surroundings

Acceptable but overpriced in my view. Walls were thin but everyone quieted down early. Breakfast is not free and the menu was uninspiring (I chose to eat elsewhere). Bought a beer at the bar and the bartender was friendly and accommodating.

The front desk was great, very welcoming. The room was large, bed was comfy. Lots of towels and the place was clean. I would recommend it. There was coffee and muffins in the morning.

We stayed there one night We got into our bed after a long drive from Florida and were exhausted and by 10pm my husband said he was feeling like the sheets were wet and I agreed. They were soaking in PEE from a WET MATTRESS and no mattress cover or anything the sheet was on the bare mattress soaking in someone else’s URINE. It smelled like urine and I was HORRIFIED that we laid in it!! The bed sheets also had glue the coffee maker was disgusting with hair. The ceiling in bathroom had tissue stuck to it. They night staff said they would
give me a sheet to cover the bed There was no urgency for our dilemma. They didn’t give us a different room first they had one available and f then they didn’t What the heck. It’s LATE. IM TIRED. It was absolutely disgusting and I could never recommend this place. Keep Driving
