Truly a one stop shop! I hired Franco for my wedding in October and I loved that I was able to get decor, a photo booth, bartender, and dj services all from him. He was very accommodating to all of my last minute changes and requests which I was very thankful for. Also he is bilingual so it helped with hyping up the crowd in both Spanish and English. Would definitely recommend visiting him for all of your party needs!

I encountered a bad experience working with Franco’s Decorations. Everything was great, until the day of my event.. Luis assured my event was the only event going on that Saturday evening, therefore I expected to receive the appropriate attention if any unforeseen situation was to arise. It was past the food hour and the waitress/server services I had paid for, had not showed up. I tried calling Luis several times, but did not answer, till later. He made up excuses as to the delay, very unprofessional from his part. Overall, I do NOT recommend!

BAD EXPERIENCE working with Franco’s Decorations. They bragged about exceptional service and their unique decor touch, but failed to prove that on our special day. They were very unprofessional, completely forgot about our event. We paid for services that we did NOT get the day of our event ! We paid for ceiling draping & didn’t get any due to our venue not being suitable, rather than accommodating and going out of their way to add the draping. We paid for uplighting machines & only half were working. We also paid for waitress/server services & no one arrived until 1 1/2 hours into the celebration. The decor was beautiful, but their service and care for client was horrible. Would NOT RECOMMEND !

Terrible service!!we met up with Franco (the owner)he quoted us the price for decorations/food(someone he knows to do the catering). As time got closer I called to follow up he stated he'd call me back, waited and waited. I decided to call him back, same answer "he would call me back" at this point im running out of time so I decided to hire someone else to do the job, thank God I did because he NEVER returned my call. Just so thankful I never gave him a deposit.
