I have had two exceptional experiences with this company: 2018 and 2023. I coordinated a group of 75 travelers to The Holy Land in 2018 and was so pleased that I returned with another group this year.

Friendship Tours handles everything with the utmost professionalism and care. From making flight arrangements, reserving hotels and organizing the tour itinerary; Friendship Tours epitomizes excellence!! The lodging, meals and tours were superior. The tour guides are knowledgeable and their expertise enhances the trip immeasurably!

Unfortunately, after much prayer, our group scheduled to travel in 2024 canceled due to the conflict in Israel. Although the travel brochure clearly states that the trip deposit is "non-refundable", Friendship Tours generously made an exception to this rule because the situation was out of our control. The was a totally unexpected action and much appreciated. The compassion exhibited by this decision is not typical of companies that only care about profit.

I would unequivocally, wholeheartedly, and without hesitation recommend Friendship Tours for your Christian travel.

Our trip was scheduled for Israel October 2024 and unfortunately had to be canceled due to the war. How pleasantly surprised were we when under no obligation to do so, Friendship Tours refunded all of our monies minus a cancellation fee. However, after working with Friendship in the past we should not have been surprised. A very upstanding, ethical company with the best interest of their clients as first priority; Friendship Tours is a company you can trust and build a lasting friendship for years to come.

I wouldn't use Friendship Tours (FT) unless it was the only way to get Berniece as a Guide and Uda (sp?) as a Driver. Those two were incredibly insightful, very helpful and a real pleasure to be around. And with long days, mass amounts of information and travel challenges that is amazing! Those two made it an incredible trip and we thank God for them. They get 10 stars but FT's poor customer service and a rigid lack of common sense reduced the overall score to a gracious 3.

Get Berniece and Uda; you can expect you'll get good accommodations and food, but from the tour company don't expect much and hope that nothing goes wrong. Which on an international trip with a large group that is asking a lot.

I have been leading tours with Friendship over the past 10 years. Their guides, drivers, accommodations, and service have been outstanding. We have always felt safe and cared for pre-travel, in-country, and post-travel. Nasser said from the beginning that Friendship is about relationship and they have been great in dealing with any schedule changes that have happened; most of the time at a financial loss to their company. Recently, because of the war in Israel, Nasser took a lot of time to help us work through several difficult issues to reschedule our group for next year. Even though our group is not a large group compared to most groups that use Friendship, we were well cared for. Thanks Friendship for all the great experiences!

We had an Israel tour scheduled to leave 11-9. Of course due to circumstances this has been cancelled. Friendship has been great to work with our group; with some choosing to move their money to our 2024 Greece or Egypt/Israel tours. Those cancelling are receiving a prompt refund of the cost less the non- refundable deposit - which everyone understood.

I've just returned from an incredible life changing tour of Israel and Jordan with Community Baptist Church of Englewood. The tour was hosted by the extremely organized, knowledgeable and professional team of Friendship Tours. We had over 150 in our group but everything from airport and hotel pickups, lunch stops, transport through borders, etc. was handled smoothly. The guides were like walking encyclopedias, happily answering any questions you might have. They even went above and beyond when one group encountered airport delays and missed their connecting flights. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip of a lifetime thanks to Friendship Tours.
