First time ever doing this! Headed to Tijuana, MX! Price was reasonable. Very close to home. Bus is very nice. Just as nice as a bus ride to Vegas nowadays; except no traffic for us so far. But I picked a good time! lol

I like it, easy to get info, staff is nice. And they are usually always on time and their buses are always clean; You can always tell by how clean the windows and chairs are. Trust me I have tryed several bus agencies. I prefer this 1 for sure.

I bought a ticket to go to the Tijuana airport at around $35. The bus was scheduled to leave at 5:00 PM but was not ready until about 5:30 PM. This was not a problem for me though because my flight was at 1:00 AM so I had plenty of time to spare for these kinds of delays. The bus was old but comfortable, and got to San Ysidro in a little over 2 hours. From there we were transferred to a smaller bus and once at the border we had to unload all our luggage and pass through customs. The smaller bus was completely full so the whole process did take about an hour for all of us to clear customs and get back on the bus on the other side. The ride from the border to the airport is another 30 minutes; I arrived at a little before 10:00 PM before checking-in my luggage.

Overall, it takes about 4 hours to get to the Tijuana airport so I recommend you do not do everything last minute so your experience is a positive one like mine. The airport has a few good restaurants so just grab something to eat, relax, and have a safe trip!

Yes, it's cheap but you get what you pay for. We bought tickets online and choose our seats. We arrived and they said we had to register first. No where on the website does it say to do that. We feared we would miss the bus. Also once boarded, the driver was rude n rushing. Our seats were taken and when I asked the driver he just said to go sit down.

This is to get your tickets to go out of usa. TJ for example. The only thing I don't like about this place. They don't really care of there costumers, The place is dirty. They make mistakes of your name and they don't care. Another problem is that they tell you a time and they come another. The lady's are so rude.

Let me tell you about this place, is really bad service. I bought my ticket since Wednesday and the lady here told me by ride was guaranteed to leave at 1030 on Friday. turns out that the stupid bus driver decided to quit and left the bus. We had to wait for the next bus 1:00. All they said was sorry, we can give u ur money back . They dont care if u have a flight to get too. This was my first and last time i travel with this company. They have no consideration of the people who will loose their flight. Smh! Most of the clients here are elderly and they have to sit and wait. I felt so bad for them. 🙁
