I recently had a birthday party there January 4 and I want to say that I regret it having it there. I went online to get all the information and I made a deposit but I should’ve asked for more details before doing so so here is my experience they charged me $320 for 10 Kids package for a private room ,which came with two medium pizzas which was supposed to be a large from Domino’s and then they provide 10 juice Capri Suns so basically each kid only got one juice. I guess they didn’t think that the parents needed anything or the kids gonna get thirsty and want more drinks so luckily I brought my own drinks in my own cooler with ice because the refrigerator that was in the room didn’t even work, I also brought my food because two medium pizzas is not going to feed 10 kids and then obviously their parents are there. then we were only allowed an hour and a half in that room. We were kicked out of the room into the main room. It just ruined the experience everything was very timed .so the kids could only jump for a certain amount of time and then they had to come in ice cream eat the cake and then we were kicked out of the section for $320. I should’ve had a better experience than that for the owners here they were about the money and the money only. I would never book a party here and I hope anyone else wouldn’t either it’s not worth it. Also, I forgot to mention the birthday person is included in the 10 kids so technically, you can only invite nine people in that package. The kids didn’t even enjoy themselves like they could have. also, they only give you five minutes to decorate the room so basically they have people before you that they gotta kick out clean up and then here you come behind them so it’s like every hour and a half so you could tell these people just wanna make the money off the room and not the experience, get a person in rush out get another person and rush out and that is horrible but I will say the server that was there was really really nice I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I booked this party because it seems as though everything that I have experience lots of other people have and I believe this place is by Asians and it’s sad to say but true every experience I’ve had with an Asian establishment. It’s always about the money and never about the customer and customer service, it’s really sad. They won’t give you nothing for free or complementary for being a good customer. If they do something wrong, they will never you accommodate you. They will always make it your fault, but hopefully people read the reviews before they booked this place because I’m telling you you’re gonna be disappointed, not only that the the game cards that come with the package they were only able to play like two games

I found this place on Google and I wanted to try it out with my kids. I pulled into the parking lot and I wondered why there was barely anyone there but after this visit, I won’t be returning. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the staff member in charge of bumper cars the night we came and the staff in charge of the obstacle course because their customer service outdid I’m assuming the manager/owner who height checked my children when we entered even after purchasing tickets beforehand and completing the waiver. Apparently they go off height and not age when it comes to purchasing tickets and my children are on the taller side ranging from 2-5 years and I have NEVER went to a trampoline park and my children were height checked. There was not even a welcoming greeting or smile on her face and just a wave of her hand to ask me to come up to the counter and I was the ONLY one in line so she smacks the counter a couple times to let me know that is what they use to measure children. So I asked her if their tickets are based on height or age and no straight answer other than referring to the height of the counter and a laminated card with height requirements and prices and letting me know the difference she is charging me because 2 of my tickets do not meet their height requirements in all of a sudden lower tone so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Please note that unlike any other trampoline parks, there aren’t any staff on the trampoline floor like what I am used to when going to other establishments and there is not a toddler section specifically for smaller children on the jump floor. This establishment is also not as big as other reviewers with higher ratings make it out to be and is good for everything BUT the trampoline park. They have a playground/ball pit area in the center of the floor two obstacle courses, rock climbing walls, small bumper car area and a small arcade with maybe 15 games (or less) I didn’t count. The bathrooms smelled horrible and could use more maintenance and upkeep. Customer service needs to be worked on here. The price is not worth it to me compared to other establishments and if my 4 and 5 year olds don’t want to return either and would rather go elsewhere, that says something! I wish I could have gotten the names of the individuals who helped my children because they deserve the recognition but to save you the navigation of their website, it is $24 for 1.5 hour play GA and $16.00 for toddler admission. I didn’t even care to see if they had food/drinks but they did have picnic tables to sit at. The negative reviews I came across so far seem about right just off my ONE visit but I can’t attest for the positive reviews.

Great place to bring the kids to play! It's my son's 8th birthday and he's having a blast.

We did have an incident where an older boy was being very rough with my son in the ball pit.. he was diving on him, pulled his hair.. I feel so bad for this to happen on his birthday.
The employee asked the boy what happened and of course the little boy said that my son had hit him but, when I told the boy's father and the employee what happened face to face then the little boy apologized and the father wasn't too happy with the situation but it is what it is. I told him how the ball pit is empty now because everyone is hiding from his son and people pulling their children out because of him.
The employee should've said stay out of the play area..

They need to handle situations better.

Took my 3.5 year old here to burn off some energy.. not sure who's more tired. 😂 Entry prices are very reasonable (we did the 1.5hr). He absolutely loves the ball and foam pit and has done 300 laps on the mini trampoline course. Even as an adult, I still enjoyed joining in all his craziness. Place is very clean as well.
The only thing I don't care for is the price of the arcade. Most games cost 6-8 points and for an example, the middle card is only 80 points (I think it's like ~$40).
There are snacks and drinks, but I've seen nearly everyone bringing their own coolers!

Overall, We had a blast!

I do not recommend this venue for birthday parties. While the place is fantastic for kids, offering a fun and diverse range of activities, it becomes overly crowded. We reserved a room for a birthday party, expecting a party host as promised. Our host, Olivia, was not as helpful as anticipated. Upon arrival, she instructed us to send the kids to her for wristbands, but the socks, which were supposed to be distributed by her, were left in the room for us to handle.

During pizza time, we encountered a shortage of water and juice, with only 5 bottles of each for 10 children. Olivia placed a few pizza slices on plates and then left the room. The pizza was cold and stale by the time it was served, and Olivia was absent, failing to assist with serving the pizza, cutting the cake, or cleaning up afterwards.

Moreover, our time felt rushed as Olivia began setting up for the next party while we were still with our guests, indicating insufficient time allocated between parties. We were also given the responsibility to distribute cards to the children. The service was severely lacking throughout the event. Furthermore, Olivia repeatedly pressured us to settle the bill/check out, interrupting the party to ask about payment four times, leading to an uncomfortable situation where we had to check out amidst the celebration. Overall, the experience was marred by poor service and inadequate hosting.

We love Fun City, so much for the kids to do and really for any age!! It’s clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy bringing my grandchildren there and knowing they are running around and having so much fun I definitely enjoy knowing they are not sitting at home on their phones or tablets!!! The place is plenty big with something for everyone to enjoy, they even have bumper cars now which the kids loved!!! I would definitely recommend going there and checking it out for yourself,I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. You do buy socks there which are yours to keep and bring each time you go,I clean them and keep them in my car just case you decide to go you’ll have them!!! Go check it out and have some fun 🤩

This was the 2nd time we hosted our son’s birthday party here. It is a fun place and the kids really enjoyed themselves . However, our party “host” was MIA. She was not available to check guests in, put wrist bands on. She did not help with the setup, pizzas or cakes - so zero stars for her. 4 stars for the facility .

We decided to hold our son's birthday party here and it was excellent! It is a fun, safe, and clean environment for children. The hospitable staff made check-in and set up a breeze and facilitated a memorable experience for our son and his friends. I highly recommend Fun City to anyone looking for a birthday party or indoor recreational venue for their child.
