I was so happy with the first agent we had. But they put us with a lady the second time and my travel partner, myself and the other couple were very dissatisfied. Hit and miss here. Just don't book something on a week your agent "has plans" bc your vacation and concerns (while you're already out of the country) might just go on the back burner. First trip, with the agent, Ken was 5 stars.. second, 1 star. I don't remember her name bc I never even received so much as an email from her

I can't say enough good things about Linda at Galaxy Cruise. She worked hard for me throughout our experience. Not only did she fight for me after our cruise was canceled due to Covid closures but she was working up to the time of our flight to Rome to upgrade us. We got a call shortly before boarding our flight that we had been upgraded even further. Our Signature Suite was incredible.

Glen, Linda, and Angie are very knowledgeable in the cruise industry. They are VERY helpful and very friendly. GalaxSea Cruises is the only place I will ever use to book a cruise.

Went in w excitement, hoping to get the family cruise started. Highly disappointed. Angie was the worst, either didnt wanna b at work, or not interested in offering us any help. Do not go to this place, you'd b better off doing it yourself. Some travel agency, huh. Galaxsea needs staff w excitement n energy, willing to share info about their services.
