If you're looking for a practice that wants to work with you as a partner in moving forward with your health, rather than a staff that doesn't listen to the patient and pushes pills based on outdated research, then don't visit this office.
Three members of my family were seen by APRN Krenicki, and all 3 experienced a person who spent as little time as possible with us and pushed meds for every problem. Medications should be a last resort. She is definitely on a power trip. Do your research. There are better providers out here.

Receptionist has a crappy attitude. No one can seem to find anything. By that I mean my visit notes, referrals, insurance, etc seem like they aren't in the same place. They couldn't accept an emailed insurance card as I am not provided a print one anymore. But no one told me that would be a requirement for pre-authorization. I showed them the card at my initial appointment, but that's not good enough to take the info down. It took a week after they got my lab results to call and tell me what they meant. I got a referral to a specialist and was told I didn't need to do anything, but it's been over a month with no word. It's a shame because Patricia Murdoch was nice and I felt she listened to my concerns with an open mind and no jusgement, but I'll be looking for a new office.

Been going to Gales Ferry medical since I was a kid. They've taken care of our whole family at some point. Even my Grandmother had the delight in being Dr. Plankeel patient back in 2003 until she passed away.
The staff is always professional. I trust that myself and my family are being well taken care of when ever we have to go in.
My Mom and I of course prefer Dr Murphy and Kathy. Women get women better than men~just how it is.
Being a transplant survivor, I'm able to get in asap if needed to see anyone who is available. That's huge in my world, as I can get sick super quick.
Thanks to all the staff for taking such great care of us all!

Very disappointed with My provider i went there because i had fallen 3 times at i was in the hospital for 4 1/2 days too try and figure out why I had fallen and got so dizzy Lori Caccone PA was too busy typing on her laptop than to even get up and examine me. It’s apparent she doesn’t care about her patients i understand you need to document things but if all she wants to be is on the computer she should be a secretary not a medical provider. I changed providers immune after this issue

Was denied the ability to be a patient because, while I have a primary insurance, I also have Medicaid. So that alienates about 1/3 of the U.S. population. Sure it's legal, it's also incredibly disgraceful. If some sort of Doctor/Patient social contract still exists they should be ashamed of themselves.
