This store is not organized in the slightest. Sales clerk was helpful when asked about products, but overall, I felt like I was in someone's storage room the whole time. Everything is TCG Player priced, so nothing special or unique in terms of pricing for singles.

I walked in with my son to take a look and the employee never looked up from their phone. We were the only ones in the store.

The place was in complete disarray, nothing was neat, many items had thick layers of dust. Stacks of unorganized product was kinda everywhere. I manage retail myself, and this was rough to see.

As another reviewer stated, it really feels like you're In someone's unkempt bedroom. The space is small, so any amount of clutter really shows, and this place has enough clutter that would be unacceptable for a much larger store.

I was in the store for about 10 minutes and no one else entered. With all of that free times you would think the employee working could tidy a bit.

I've been playing tcgs since '97 and this was one of the worst shops Ive been in. It feels like it's going to close down, and it's only staying around until the lease is up. It's a shame, because with a few employees that cared, this place could be a gem.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and did not even get greeted even though it was not busy. I asked a question and he said no before I even finished my question. He could not even have the courtesy to face me while talking to him.

I came in two months ago to just check out the shop. I saw some sleeves I liked, so I picked up some regular bandai sleeves and some oversleeves to match. I brought it to the register, and after what I felt was one too many clicks, I was charged 35$? It should've been 20-25 max. I just ate the cost because I was an idiot and I'm non-confrontational. The space itself is fine, so I don't know if their prices are just that jacked or the worker made a mistake.

Worst costumer service in a card store I've been to. The employees did not even acknowledge me.

They had a bunch of magic cards in a box and some binders. Wish they had basic land for sale. They also overcharged me for the bulk cards I picked out. I got 35 5/$1 cards and 2 $1 cards and they charge me $10. I assumed I'd counted wrong and just paid because it was a little hectic as I was checking out but realized when I got home they overcharged. It was only a dollar, but still a disappointment for my first time there. The staff member also didn't really talk to me at all or ask me anything and as a new player I would've enjoyed getting to talk a bit like at other game stores I've been to. I'll probably stick to another store in the future.

Edit:// I was there for a while but the employee NEVER engaged with me except when I initiated it, we exchanged less than fifty words, and those were while checking out. I wasn't expecting to be engaged with for hours. But a few minutes of conversation or even a greeting would've been nice. I think the reply to this was extremely dismissive and not at all accurate to what happened. Again, they did not talk to me, my complaint wasn't that they talked and had to do other things, it was that they didn't bother saying anything at all especially when I was there for an hour, not even to ask if I needed help finding something. I wasn't engaged with for more than a minute let alone the hours they claim I wanted. There were periods of time where it was just me and the employee in the store and they just ignored me.

First and last time there! Went in to look at the binders and asked if I could take the cards out and the guy in the front took about 3 minutes to notice me and even respond. All of their cards are priced at near mint market and not the market that they are. I was going to buy a card that had such obvious scratch marks on the back which should be considered LP-MP and they would not mark down the price after showing them the difference on TCG and the marks. Please look somewhere else…

I went for a pre release. The staff was friendly and helpful and the event ran on time. It's a little small for the 20ish people we had but everything was smooth after we all shuffled around. They set up the tables to make sure everyone had a spot although one table was a little smaller than others. They had a few give aways during the event which was nice. They have some binders with singles and a decent selection in the display cases. They also have bulk card boxes in the back. I saw they had some Japanese boosters as well. Their selection is decent given the size of the store. The sealed product is priced at market which isn't my cup of tea but I would come back for singles or the pre release for sure.

Edit: I wanted to edit this, I think I may have been upset for lack of customer service and was a little harsh in my review. I really enjoy this shop as it being a small buisness. I just wanted a little accountability, I guess employees participating in a card tournament while working at a card shop isn't the worst thing in the world, but at least get up say we can't handle this at the moment and give the name of the person who can and when. I hope to change this review to 5 stars eventually like the original review I posted a couple years back.

Brought in my collection of yu gi oh a couple thousand dollars worth of valuable cards, I understand if they couldn't handle it at that moment but not only did the employee not greet me or even stand up because he was too engaged in a yu gi oh tournament, he then suggested I just leave the cards on the counter and they would get back to me. Like I would really leave my items alone with an employee who dosent even stand up to greet a customer I get it its a card shop but your employeed and working there at least do the bare minimum, gonna have to do buisness with another shop from now on I've been coming here for three or four years now and I feel extremely disappointed.

Go up
