Do not stay here!! I booked through Campspot. Arrived, hooked up to find no electricity. Called the office, which by the way does not staff on the weekends. Voice message said to leave a voicemail and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. After several calls and multiple voicemails and an hour and a half later, no one showed up. I packed up / hitched up and drove off. I emailed the office requesting a refund. They stated it would be up to 10 days. It’s now been one month and the office has not refunded me. Campspot has reached out multiple times on my behalf with no answer as to when I will be refunded. Very poor customer service on both parties.

This park is under construction and doesn't have a lot of amenities yet but the rates are certainly reasonable and the manager is very responsive. There is not an office for check in but, the day prior, all of the information for check in is emailed to you.
I'm towing a 41' fifth wheel with a long bed truck so backing in can be a bit challenging because the paved roads are a bit narrow but with some patience we got it done. The layout of the park that is still being worked on looks like they are all back in.
The sites are gravel and close to level. WiFi is available but we use Starlink for our internet since my wife and I both work remote. Our visit to Garden Grove is to visit our daughter and grandson who live on Ft. Huachuca. We will certainly visit again and look forward to see the changes in the park in the future.

We have a big rig 65’ including trailer and needed a week plus stay on short notice. They were able to get us into a spot in their long term park which is just a few blocks away. We really appreciate them putting in the extra effort to accommodate us!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I booked a spot here for a few days in January to be closer to family for my grandmother’s funeral. I ended up being able to park on family’s property so I cancelled my booking here 1 day after I made the reservation. They are refusing to refund me because my cancellation didn’t fall under the policy terms. I even called and spoke with Ashley who processed the ticket for my refund, but NEVER told me about the cancellation policy. I now have to dispute this with my bank. I would recommend booking with Sierra Vista Mobile Home Village before this place if you’re in the area.

I’m not frustrated by the policy. I’m frustrated by the lack of professionalism and help from the manager and staff. Ashley and Ammie.
My cancellation fell within the terms and also the manager herself, Ashley, stated a refund would be made when I originally called. Then when I followed up, new rules?! Just odd the manager didn’t even explain cancellation details when I spoke to her on the phone twice.

Do not spend your money here! Management has changed yet still the bathrooms are cleaned once a week, the dumpster overflows every week causing trash to blow throughout the RV park, campers have fenced in areas that are full of dog poop, someone's dogs run through sites at night and the showers curtain smells like a moldy sock that is stiff as a board. The owner needs to put management in check. Please don't remove this post. People need to know the truth about this RV Park. When they do finally decide to renovate the first thing in their list should be hire people who care about their job and take pride in it. Not someone who doesn't even take the time to check the facilities to ensure cleanliness.

It was not obvious during booking that the RV Park was under construction and did not have the amenities listed in their advertisement. We made reservations but chose not to stay based on the condition of the park upon our arrival.

For what it is I thought it was pretty good. Understand that this is an RV park in progress. Most of it is not being used and is under construction. There are 2 trailers with bathrooms and 1 dumpster. (bring your own hand towels to the bathroom as there is nothing to dry your hands)That is the extent of amenities outside your full hook ups. That being said, I give it 4 stars because it is dirt cheap because of it's current state and it's right in town. The Verizon signal is great (if you need to work remotely like me) and the view is to die for. There is no-one on site, however, they are good at getting back to you via text/email.

While this Park is under construction to expand what they do provide is pretty good. Washrooms are really nice. Sites are level and a good size. I expect this will be a classy place upon completion.
