Our experience at Gather Cincy was nothing short of amazing! After an extensive search for smaller venues to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday, Gather Cincy immediately caught my eye. From the moment we arrived for a tour, Peggy, the host, greeted us with such warmth and kindness—it felt like we were old friends. She took the time to understand our vision, walked us through all the details, and assured us that everything would be ready on the big day. That level of care sealed the deal for us.
The venue was perfect for our 27 guests, with a spacious dining table and thoughtfully arranged side tables, all prepped and ready to go. We also loved the flexibility to arrive early for decorating and bring in our own catering. On the day of the party, the space was spotless, and Peggy went above and beyond—she even helped us unload our things and gave the floor a final vacuum after we tracked in some snow, ensuring everything looked perfect before our guests arrived.
The hospitality and attention to detail Peggy provided were truly unmatched. The venue itself is charming, beautifully designed, and perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, baby shower, or bridal shower, I wholeheartedly recommend Gather Cincy. If I could, I’d give it an 11/10! It was absolutely perfect.

I am so glad we found Gather Cincy. It was the perfect venue for my daughter's Sweet 16 Party. Peggy was amazing to work with and very helpful the day of the party. The dining room is a great size for smaller parties. We had about 35 guests and we had plenty of room. We used the front room for the DJ, karaoke and opening gifts. The house and the lighting also lends itself to great pictures. It was an amazing experience. Thank you so much, Peggy!

I hosted a baby shower at this venue, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! The space was beautiful and welcoming, with plenty of room for all of our guests. It’s gorgeous before we even decorated and set up. Which makes all the difference! The owner was incredibly attentive, kind, and ensured we had everything we needed. The ambiance was perfect for a baby shower – cozy, stylish, and just the right mix of elegant and fun. I highly recommend this venue for any event – it made our celebration unforgettable!

We could not have been happier with our choice of Gather Cincy as the venue for my daughter's baby shower. The space is charming, requiring very little in the way of decorations, and so functional for visiting, serving/dining and hosting a joyful celebration. Mother-daughter Peggy and Meg make a great team. They were wonderful about communicating right from the start, and Peggy was nearby for anything we needed on the day of the shower, even helping us carry stuff in from the car! Such a great space for a gathering of 20-30 people. We had my best friends baby shower here and the space was bright, cheery, decor was appropriate, parking was great and reasonably priced for any occasion! Peggy and Meg were delightful to work with and accommodated all requests. We will be back!

I couldn’t have used a better space to host my baby shower! Not only was I impressed during the tour before booking the space, but all of my guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and intimate the space was. The thing I loved most was that I didn’t need to supply tables or seating and I didn’t need a lot of decorations because the space already had some beautiful decor pieces of its own! Peggy was great to work with and so accommodating! She reached out to me a few days before my shower and asked if there was anything I needed and was even super helpful the day of with carrying things inside from my car! If you’re looking for a beautiful, intimate, and peaceful place to host an event I would HIGHLY recommend Gather Cincy!
