never deal with this agent. after never receiving a call back 6 mo. ago i recently met in the office personally to plan a cruise trip. that was 4 weeks ago. left many voicemails with zero response. great way to do business. no excuse for this.

We started planning our St Lucia trip in 2019 with Gail. Unfortunately, it was delayed due to Covid and we had to reschedule. Gail walked us through the whole process and answered our many questions and put our minds at ease! He suggested going to the Sandals, Halycon Resort and it was the best decision! Beautiful, calm and relaxing! Finally, in Feb 2023, we were able to go and it was a wonderful much needed vacation! Gail is so knowledgeable about many places. We are looking forward to scheduling another trip through Gail at Gem Travel in the near future! We highly recommend!
