I love this location. I come here with two young men that have autism and Elizabeth is always so kind and inclusive. She has the best customer service and makes an effort to make their experience great every time. From interacting with them to considering sensory preferences I always know the guys are welcome at this location. Thank you Elizabeth! You are the best!

Super fun! Very clean and lots to do. Gets crowded on weekends but still always lots of space to jump. Had a very fun birthday party at the middleburg location.

A very cool time with children, many trampolines for children of any age, and adults can also relax and jump. There are many areas for active recreation, there are also machines with various games. I would like to note that the staff is very friendly and good, you can buy socks of different sizes, the room itself is clean and odorless, the toilets are clean, there are closets where you can leave outerwear and shoes. You can also register online, which is very convenient. The only downside is that there are a lot of children on weekends, so we will go only on weekdays. The location is good and there is free parking.

Elizabeth was my sons birthday host at get air. Shea was incredibly prompt, attentive and detail oriented. She reviewed our package, provided everything we needed and made our family feel special for the time we had reserved. I ran into her again at get air. My five-year-old daughter had fallen on the trampoline and came up to me in tears quite upset. She decided to wear Batman pajama pants to the trampoline park that day and Elizabeth saw her crying and asked her where she got her really cool pants. My daughter told her that they were her brothers and Elizabeth made a big joke about it getting a smile ear to ear on my daughter‘s face. Then even as we were leaving, she acknowledged my daughter by name and came over to say goodbye. This is a truly one-of-a-kind employee at most establishments only wish they could have this girl goes the extra mile and clearly loves what she does. Just a normal day to the trampoline park. Is that much more exceptional because Elizabeth is working there. thank you Get Air for hiring awesome people. the whole crew is great. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

We bought annual passes after 2 very positive experiences. We've been here off and on for about 7 years? I have 4 year old twins and a good 2 hour play is perfect for any kid. I havent had any issues with being turned away during a party, but we'll see how it goes on weekends.

Places like these are a god send for kiddos when people and kids use them properly. Kindness and communication go a long way in this world.

We have slightly older kids who were excited to use our Groupon here. This place is better for young children. My 7 year old son was thrilled while my 10 year old was done after 60 minutes. If you're going there for a foam pit, they don't have one.

Went for my son's birthday party and had an absolute BLAST! Very friendly staff, clean environment, and plenty of different activities to keep everyone entertained! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back, it was worth the hour drive!

If I could give a negative review . I would!!
This was the worst birthday experience ever. The host was never around until it was the very end. The host was very rude and it was not special for my kids at all!!!

You shouldn’t have a host that is under the influence as a host for a kid party.

The party started later and no assistance. It was only 1 manger that was kind. The general manager was very rude and to spend $400.00 it was not worth it. I would not recommend and will not be back.
