Had an amazing stay here recently! I’ve been to NYC a few times but this was by far my favourite hotel. Big fan of the large quiet rooms. A big thank you to Elizabeth for making our visit wonderful from the start! Also, the everyday happy hour is such a perk. Great location and everything is walkable.

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend in NYC and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff, which included the hotel doggo concierge named Maya! The rooms and overall hotel decor are cozy yet sophisticated. Our room was spotless and large by NYC standards. The staff was courteous and communicative. They kindly let us know we had umbrellas in our closet to take with us given the rainy weather. We will definitely be booking here again for our next trip to NYC soon!

My boyfriend and I had a GREAT experience at this hotel! All of the front desk employees were so kind and welcoming. We got a complimentary upgrade on our room which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and very cozy and comfortable. It was snowing during our stay, and the front desk offered us an umbrella which was very nice! The restaurant connected to the hotel had a delicious breakfast and lunch/dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

I loved my stay at Gild Hall! The hotel design is lovely, rooms are beautiful and big (I loved that in the room you can find an umbrella if you need it). Quality to price ratio is very high, with respect to other hotels in New York the price is not so high. The position to explore the Financial District is perfect, close to Battery Park and to World Trade Center. Recommended!

Good hotel and I recommend this hotel to NYC visitors. If I could give this hotel 4.5 stars, I would but I leaned to 4 stars because it wasn’t a spectacular experience. So I may be a little hard. Service was excellent and friendly. They offered us Prosecco when we arrived which was a nice treat. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant for breakfast and late night drinks. Nice ambiance in the restaurant. Room was fairly large and clean. The reason I say it wasn’t spectacular is because the elevators were very slow, kind of a sewer stench in the elevators or near them, and it just didn’t have the quality level like a Starwood hotel. Which is hard to match! Again, I appreciated the hotel and I’d be back again.

The room was comfortable and clean. I very much liked the decor. The curtains are DARK! I slept late both days and I'm not mad about it. I slept great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was amazing; the food was great. When I booked through Amex I received a room credit I could use on room service and the meals were delicious.

Amazing beds. Try to get the 3rd floor bc the ceilings are the highest there. Rooms are Ny small but the nice bathrooms, great restaurant, solid gym, and amazing staff all make this a great hotel option for those who want to be in the financial district or close to EWR. I stayed here during the Thanksgiving week to see the in laws and it was perfect. I was able to work before the holiday and play afterwards. Hotel restaurant is sexy, tasty and fun. Hotel manager is the best I’ve ever come across and I travel 50-75 days a year. I wil be back.

This hotel is exceptional! It is adorable, chic and luxurious. I loved the room - spacious (for NYC) and the attention to detail is seen in every corner. The wonderful service from the kind staff at the front desk, the bellman, the custodial team was felt at every step along the way. I can’t wait to come back!
